Location was incredible near so many things in Rome. Rooftop was really cool for views. Bedrooms had great air conditioning. Bathrooms were nice.

16 nicely appointed rooms located on the 5th floor, along with a large rooftop patio above.
10-15 minute walk to Pantheon and Trevi Fountain.
Owner on site daily and very friendly and helpful.
Car service can provide affordable rides around to all the sites.

Wonderful
Our stay at the Navona Queen Rooftop Hotel was wonderful. The hotel has an amazing location, a beautiful building, and nice staff. Our room was cleaned every day and always to a high standard. The bathroom was spacious, and everything was excellent
The only downside, which I think is quite common in Italian hotels, was the lack of soundproofing. I could hear everything from the next room, even their phone alarm and conversations. I practically knew their schedule, but it didn’t really bother us since we were waking up early as well

Very Good
The bed was comfortable and having the little footstool to rest your feet while sitting is a great idea. Anita was extremely helpful and fun to chat with. The rooftop was calming even in November.
The pillowcases were rough and caused a rash on my cheek. The pillows had a bit of a moldy smell. Matteo did have the cases changed for me and that helped a little.
The bidet isn’t the usual type of bidet so an instruction would have been helpful.

Location
Booking.com said free breakfast, but when we got to the hotel they said no we don’t get free breakfast. The hotel was going to charge us 18 euros per person each day. Disappointing

The Navona Queen is a great place to stay! It is centrally located with lots of main attractions and restaurants and shops with a wonderful staff. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming especially Matteo, Kevin, and the young lady running the rooftop breakfast area. The rooftop lounge is a huge plus with picturesque views of Rome including the Castle of Angels, St Peter’s Cathedral, and many more making the sunsets stunning!!
Nothing to mention

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and convenient location.
There was a little step from bedroom to washroom, you need to remind yourself especially at night.

Wonderful
We arrived in a little early and the rooms were not ready but the receptionist offered us to leave our bags (which were subsequently dropped to our room). This is a charming boutique hotel with very a high standard of finish. There was nothing to fault with the size or quality of the room. The rooftop bar is fantastic and provides amazing views across Rome while you enjoy your drink. I would highly recommend this hotel which is located about 20 mins from the Vatican and 20 minutes from the Trevi fountain.

Wonderful
Matteo was very helpful in getting us an early check-in which was a big relief. The location to the main attractions is amazing as we were able to walk everywhere. Very private and clean location.
Only gripe we had is that the bed was pretty firm and the pillows were a bit deflated. Overall it was an excellent room though.
