The host was nice, kind, and very helpful. The location was perfect — just a 2-minute walk to the Colosseum and very close to the Roman Forum and other main attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Location is great and the decor is wonderful. The recommandations of the owner were great!
The place is getting quite old and needs some work. The building outside smells really bad, but the place itself smells nice When coming in we were not able to get through the main foor, as we didn't receive proper instructions. We had to ring the bells on another hotel on a different floor who let us in.

Very close to Colosseum and some good walking distant restaurants.
It was a bit small. I felt the picture made the room look a bit bigger, but when getting there it was smaller.

This small hotel on Via Cavour is in an excellent location. The owner was very friendly and provided clear explanations about everything. Access to the building was easy, the room was clean and comfortable, and the shared kitchen with a fridge was a great bonus. I would kindly suggest adding an espresso machine instead of Nescafé.
Although I requested a quiet room, the one I received faced Via Cavour, which is extremely noisy and makes it impossible to sleep. There is no TV in the room.

First and foremost the owner Roberto. Made our stay very pleasant, super helpful with suggestions for restaurants, stores, etc. Very accommodating! Very good location, close to train station and coliseum. We were even able to walk to Trevi Fountain late at night which was beautiful! The interior decor was very Romanesque, fitting for our stay.
There was a little confusion upon arrival. You need a code to get into building which wasn’t supplied. Thankfully a young lady staying there put the code in for us. Just ask ahead how to get in.

It was a bit far from the center. I didn’t really like the street it was on or the area. I thought it would be close to everything but it’s truly only close to the Colosseum.

Location was great! Very quaint. Bed was comfortable. Very attentive staff. Great vibe overall.
I didn’t like the bed pillows. They could have been better. Getting into the building proved to be challenging. We were let in by the Hotel PADA staff.

The checking process was simple and on the day of check in I was called to verify the time. I was given the code to get in, and the guy was there when we arrived around 3:45pm. Our room was already set up and the AC was on when we arrived. The staff was great, water and basic things were provided in the little lounge area, and the location for the Colosseum was perfect.

Not an ideal location. The photos were misleading and we were unfortunately negatively surprised on arrival. Very dated and old. We reserved for 3 days but left after a night. Room had an odor, as well as the chair fabric and bed. Cracked floor tiles, old bathroom. Drains in shower and sink did not drain properly and held water. Bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. For a special trip abroad - this was a huge disappointment.

The property is situated at the center of Rome near Colosseo. The property owner welcomed us with hospitality and gave us good recommendation around Rome. The room is clean and well maintained with Roman inspired. We will definitely come back here.
