I was there for work and wanted a place calm but close to the work venue. This is perfect, on a small street on the third floor, I got a quiet and nice room.

The very personable experience from the staff and wonderful breakfast delivery at our chosen time. They also let us stay later than usual checkout and kindly let us leave our bags to collect early evening.

Great central location. We chose a room in the back and it was not noisy in anyway. Room was a combination of the historic building and modern touches. Breakfast in the room in the morning was amazing. We left early in the last day. When we informed the staff of our plans, they brought us food the night before to put in the refrigerator so that we would have food early in the morning.
None of these things were dealbreakers for us, but some people might find them problematic. 1. This is not a property that has a proprietor or front desk person available in person at all times. Someone was always available by text, though. Everyone involved in the property was extremely helpful. 2. The television in our room didn’t work very well. 3. Although there is an elevator, there are stairs that must be climbed to get to the elevator, and from the elevator to the property.

Would have preferred a heavier, warmer duvet. The duvet/sheets felt a bit light weight. Lighting in shower a bit weird.

Beautiful spot in Rome near to everything. MyNavona was so attentive including early check in and late check out. Breakfast in our room was amazing

Breakfast in bed. How wonderful is that! There is no breakfast area so they serve it in your room. Upon arrival you get to choose salty or sweet breakfast and the time you wish to eat. The room is equipped with everything you wish when traveling: a good bed, slippers, toiletries, enough towels, coffee, thee and water.
A constant bang came from the street due to two metal plates there. When cars passed the sound of the metal plates resonates between the buildings. The room has double glassed windows so the sound is not extreem when you have them closed. However, it can interfere with your sleep. The hotel suggested using earplugs.
