Could not be happier and room far exceeded expectation for money. Host could not have been more helpful.
Property was fabulous but may need to be aware a taxi might not drop you right outside as it is at the beginning of a pedestrian only area however they can get quite close

Ideal location. Nice sized room, sound proof windows and AC meant good sleep
Check in was not smooth but its no big deal. Wed stay again for sure.

The location was amazing with lots of bars and restaurants and walking distance to all the sights.
The staff were brilliant especially Romeo and Agnes. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast in the room.

The location is excellent and very convenient to Piazza Navona and Pantheon. Many restaurants within minutes. Although in a busy area, the room was very quiet. Bathroom was nice with a large shower. Breakfast delivered to the room daily was exceptional and quite large. Staff was very friendly and check in was quick and easy.
The stay was a little expensive.

The location so close to Piazza Navona couldnt have been better.
We didnt know there would be stairs involved, although we received help getting them to our room. We had difficulty communicating with the staff regarding transportation to and from the airport but it all worked out in the end.

Super central location topped off with THE most amazing breakfast brought to my room. Lovely, accommodating staff - a wonderful place for a short term stay in Rome.
It can get a little noisy at night as there is a bar not far that went quite late into the night. That said, with the super soundproof windows closed it blocks it out enough to make things comfortable.

Convenient location and very clean facilities. The apartment is in a very noisy area however the apertures are triple glazed so very effective at blocking out noise.
The mattress was very hard.

Though at first it looked like just another small hotel, it stood out due to its great attention to detail, which is important for making guests comfortable. We arrived earlier than expected, and the staff promptly checked us in. The room was stocked with tea, coffee, slippers, and other amenities. Special thanks to Romeo, who was exceptionally nice and helpful.

The location was exactly were we wanted to be, right in the heart, easy walking distance to all the main attractions, Piazza Navona one street away, Great food on the doorstep from both sit in eating, and carry out, bars really friendly, pharmacy and market very local, we travelled into to termini via the Leonardo express ( check YouTube tutorial prior) 30 mins walk to the apartment. taxi optional, we travelled very light, the room is on the third floor , there is a lift, nice breakfast served in the room, fresh flowers and coffee facilities ,everything very clean and tidy, en suite was modern and clean ,house keeping super friendly and accommodating, we felt very welcome by the host, albeit being on a bustling vibrant street, once the balcony windows closed it was silent. If you struggle to find it, just ask at any local Bar's its no35 , they will direct you, use the button on the right to contact.
