Fantastic location, brilliant apartment, incredibly helpful host. Everything was immaculate. Great design. We loved this place. It’s in a lively area and we were blown away by how quiet the room was. We very much appreciated the hospitality here!

Fabulous location, comfortable rooms which were well equipped, excellent double glazing windows blocked the sound of the street to ensure a good night’s sleep.
Breakfast was good although a pot of coffee rather than a single cup would have been appreciated.

The people who work on site were very nice and helpful. Location was great. Breakfast was good.
The door to the bathroom was broken and said it was waiting on maintenance to fix it. Never came while we were there. Trying to get into the property and then finding the right office/property was awful. I had to call property management.
There should be directions when you enter the building as to where to go for the particular property you are staying with.

Have always loved MyNavona, Agnes was so helpful
Although beyond their immediate control, there were power cuts to the building through the Thursday night and early Friday morning. On the Friday morning there was no hot water to have a shower.

My Navona is the perfect place to stay in Rome. It was our very first time to Rome, so we were unsure what to expect, but Dennis and the house keeping staff were very attentive, from beautifully clean rooms which were serviced daily, organising airport transfers, and breakfast delivered daily. I highly recommend My Navona.

The location near Piazza Navona was excellent. So much to see within walking distance. The room and breakfast were great.
The stairs and elevator left a bit to be desired. We are on the older side, so just know you’ll be hauling your luggage up a flight of stairs.
