Very Good
The staff was lovely, the location was amazing and the rooms were large and clean
The AC was a little warm but there was a heat wave while we were there

The location near Piazza Navona was excellent. So much to see within walking distance. The room and breakfast were great.
The stairs and elevator left a bit to be desired. We are on the older side, so just know you’ll be hauling your luggage up a flight of stairs.

It is a lovely place. Location is excellent. Staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast amazing. I will defensively go again next time I visit Rome.
Pillows and bathroom door was not working well but everything is fixable. Be prepare to climb a few steps with your luggage.

The room, private bathroom, breakfast and A/C were excellent. Proximity to shopping and dining provided a lovely time.
The only thing I would point out is it was difficult to be sure we were at the correct door when we arrived. We couldn’t check in yet, but we had asked to be able to leave our luggage. The location is very close to several other hotels, and because there are other apartments or businesses in the same building, it wasn’t clear we were in the right place until another hotelier helped us ring them.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly but unfortunately not on site- so absent.
The fact there was no on available face to face. The breakfast was not really a proper breakfast. We actually didn’t eat it.

The property is extremely well located, comfortable and accessible
The bathroom door had some issues, but I also understand that things wear down by its use so this was just a minor thing

Had an elevator, great location, staff was super friendly, and attentive. I even broke a key at midnight and they came right away. Great location! Steps from Piazza Navona, literally 100 restaurants and cafés all around, bed and room were super comfy and the breakfast is so great!

Our lodging was located near Piazza Navona, which is super central to most attractions — the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and the Colosseum were all about a 30-minute walk away.
Lorenza was incredibly helpful, accommodating us and giving us directions to the location. Agnes, housekeeper, was also super friendly, kind, and helpful, and made us a delicious breakfast every morning. We really appreciate the staff for their excellent hospitality.
Highly recommend this location!

Fair
This B&B is just short 30 second walk off of Piazza Navona which is a main hub of activities in Rome and within a 5-25 minute walk of almost anything in the city that you need to see or visit. The are countless restaurants all within a 5 min walk of this facility, in every direction you turn.
This is an old building, I stress OLD. The pictures on Booking.com do not accurately reflect that, they make it seem like this place is modernized and perhaps compared to most things in Rome predating 44 A.D. it is, but not in our current days. The 'courtyard view' we had was so abysmal, the curtains stayed closed for all 5 days we were there. The overhead waterfall shower fixture could not be used as the knob to activate it would pull off the wall and disengage so we had to use a handheld device for our showers. There is ZERO wifi, even though they tell you that you can go near a window or sit in their foyer by their desk, there is no wifi. You cannot sign on 99% of the time and if by some chance you do linkup, you get booted off within 20-30 seconds. unlike most Americans, I'm not tethered to my laptop or phone 24/7 but I do require it for setting up tours or making dinner reservations. Cell reception is also sketchy within the building so you also need to go downstairs and out onto the street in front to make any calls or access your Mapquest pages. All in all, this B&B felt akin to staying in a hostel but with your own private bathroom.
On the plus side: The location is great, staff is very nice/apologetic and the included breakfast every morning is a nice touch. You can choose either sweet or savory. Juice, coffee, bread/pastry, yogurt, granola, cold cuts, cheese, etc.

What a great location, and wonderful stay! The room was perfect, had a fantastic view, and being on the 3rd floor, was just far enough from the street that the evening bustle did not interupt our sleep. The breakfast was also great, nice little surprise.
Not a complaint, just be aware the lift to get up to the room is very small. A few trips may be needed if you have alot of luggage.

MyNavona was perfect for our visit to Rome. Very centrally located. We could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast brought to our room was a beautiful delight. More than we expected. Very nice linens and towels. We will definitely recommend to friends and family who visit Rome. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable!

Wonderful
Great central location. We chose a room in the back and it was not noisy in anyway. Room was a combination of the historic building and modern touches. Breakfast in the room in the morning was amazing. We left early in the last day. When we informed the staff of our plans, they brought us food the night before to put in the refrigerator so that we would have food early in the morning.
None of these things were dealbreakers for us, but some people might find them problematic.
1. This is not a property that has a proprietor or front desk person available in person at all times. Someone was always available by text, though. Everyone involved in the property was extremely helpful.
2. The television in our room didn’t work very well.
3. Although there is an elevator, there are stairs that must be climbed to get to the elevator, and from the elevator to the property.

The owner, Lorenza, was very welcoming and fun, made us feel comfortable. I loved the bed and the room space. It was warm in the winter and very quiet. The b&b is also very well localized, close to many important activities.
I think what could be improved is the variability of the breakfast. It has really good quality ingredients, but if you stay for a longer time it can get repetitive. Still a very good breakfast.

The location was amazing, very central and walkable to everything in Rome. The breakfast was absolutely perfect and Agnes was the best each morning. The room was very sizable and well stocked with everything you need when staying in the area, think coffee tea wine opener fridge cups water!
The stairs were the only downside, don’t be like me and bring a massive suitcase!
