The location of this room was amazing, a minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. The room was very clean, and the host was very helpful. We only stayed one night, 4 adults, for this length of time the room was perfect. Any longer of a stay might have been tight.

Location of the property is great for walking to all of the main attractions. Trevi Fountian is a 2 minute walk so you get to see it lots. Travelling as a family of 4 and having the ability for our kids to have their own beds was excellent. Staff were friendly and rooms were modern. We left items in our room after checkout and they messaged us right away which was very appreciated as it allowed us time to run back to get them before our train left.
We had grandparents travelling with us who stayed in room 105 which was at the back of the property and very quiet. They were very happy with their room during our 4 nights.
Hotel heat was always at 23deg which for Canadians was very hot and hard to sleep. We stayed in the 4 bed room as we were a family of 4, but this room is along the Main Street. Opening the windows helped but it is a very busy area so lots of street noise.
We only saw the staff twice during our stay otherwise you are on your own. They were responsive on WhatsApp but we didn’t have to message them during our stay.

My Trevi Charming truly lives up to its name — authentic, cozy, and perfectly located near all the main sights. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt genuinely Roman.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but everything else was wonderful.

The location was really great, very close to the Trevi fountain.
Lots of shops and restaurants around.
Complemntry bottles of water in the room.
They need to highlight that there are 3 sets of stairs the guest will need to carry his suitcase through to get to the reception, and there is no help carrying it up and down and of course no elevator.
Also, the reception staff is not always available and needs to book a specific hour for the check-in, which created some pressure in my plans for that day.
Also, the room looked a bit dated, the bed was too flat and not very comfortable.
Luckily, I was only there for the night and left first thing in the morning, as if this was a long stay, it would be quite disappointing.

Great staff! Very friendly and helpful! Location was perfect! Very close to Trevi Fountain and tons of great restaurants and shops.
There is no elevator to get to the hotel. It’s 2 and a half flights of stairs (even though they say it’s the “first” floor). Luckily they helped us with bringing our luggage upstairs but we had to struggle bringing them downstairs when we left.

Our host was perfect!! From the very first moment we were provided with information on anything that we needed and also offered to help us booking tours or transportation from/to the airport.
Location of the property is perfect, just in the heart of the city with easy walking access to everything! The room were clean, large and comfortable! We were provided with luggage storage before out check-in and after our checkout as well which was highly appreciated!
Overall great finding, we would surely stay again given the chance!!

The hotel is in the heart of the city a few steps from the Trevi fountain. The location is amazing, rooms are big and comfortable and very clean.
The owner is great and helpful!
At evening time you cann open a window and enjoy the music coming from the street players

The location is great. Its around the corner from Trevi Fountain—-so you avoid the noise you would here if you stayed any closer to it. (People are walking around the fountain until wee hours).
The host is very nice and helpful. She gladly kept our backpacks (locked up) after we checked out so that we could explore the city before our flight.
Might want to put some no-slip stickers on the shower floor.
