Our stay at this family-run bed & breakfast was nothing short of a blessing. Traveling to Rome for the Jubilee, we wanted more than just a place to sleep, we hoped for comfort, and a sense of belonging. This B&B gave us all of that and more. Our flight was delayed by 6 hours, Paola and Ernesto greeted us with genuine kindness, making us feel like family rather than visitors. Their hospitality carried the warmth of Rome itself. Nestled on a quiet street yet close to the Vatican museum and Saint Peter’s Basilica. Easy transportation, it was the perfect base for our daily journeys to basilicas and Jubilee events. Every morning they sent a Good Morning text and every evening a Good Night one. They offered helpful tips for navigating the city, from routes to holy doors to nearby sites and restaurants. Their care made our pilgrimage smoother and more meaningful.
It was wonderful returning to a clean, cozy room felt like a gift. The peaceful atmosphere allowed us to recharge both body and spirit.
Each morning began with fresh pastries, rich coffee, and heartfelt conversation. It’s a true taste of Roman hospitality.

Ernesto and Paola were welcoming and charming. Our comfort and experience were their first priority. The location was perfect and the Vatican wall was right outside of our window. We enjoyed the delicious coffee and pastries for breakfast!! When in Rome you need to eat like an Italian!! We will definitely tell our friends to stay here and we will be back to visit Rome and them. Now we have friends in Rome!! The owner of the restaurant across the street even helped us get a cab when we were having trouble with the Uber. Such amazing people in the area!!

The hosts Ernesto and Paola were very gracious, helpful and friendly. We were expecting a hotel, but this was an excellent B&B. I rekindled my acquaintance with the "piccolo" coffee. Ernesto was very helpful with directions and recommendations for eating places and travel tips. He speaks English quite well was very interested in your personal experiences.
The location is superb for visiting the Vatican Museum and a short 10-15 minute walk to the Basilica St Peter. Good neighborhood and plenty of eating places within walking distance. Access to the flat via keypad and rooms via card.
Lack of gym and swimming pool, I went to a gym about 100m away and they advised me that they only have a week's pass at minimum or a year's pass, When I told Ernesto he told me that he would have organized me a pass. However due to limited time, I could not take up his offer.

I can’t say enough nice things about My Bed Vatican Museum. The location is extremely convenient being directly across from the Vatican Museum. The accommodations were fantastic - very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Most memorable were Ernesto and Paola our incredible hosts. They really made our stay by warmly welcoming us and exceeding our experience with customer service. From the time we booked, to helping us with transportation options from the airport, to providing delicious restaurant recommendations and sightseeing ideas, they had it covered. Our room was very comfortable. The yummy breakfast they provided gave us a nice time to connect with other guests that were staying. Unfortunately, we were only there a short time but would DEFINITELY stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great value and exceptional service.

We visited from the United States ??.The property managers, Ernesto and Paola were absolutely wonderful!! They were so welcoming and even helped us carry out luggage in. Our room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the Vatican.

Ernesto and Paula, who are hosts and also the owners took care of us as of their own. The very nice and cheerful couple.
Ernesto was going out of his way to help with any questions or concerns and served as a guide in the local neighborhood
walking with me to stores or services I needed.
Can’t beat location and the view
Apart from the property, I got very important tips for anyone if you use public transportation, including traveling from cruise ship
get first to Termini Rome and then take Metro to Ottaviano Metro station then you gotta walk only five minutes to get to the property. Do not get off on San Pedro Metro station or you’re gonna have to endure 30-40 minute grueling walk.
Instead of Ottaviano, you can also get off on Cipro very next station, which is also about the same distance from the property. This station is larger and has an elevator if you have heavy bags
If you take “hop on/off” IOBUS to get to Colloseum and need to pick up your tickets, make sure to get on the Emmanuel Monument stop (imposing white pallace). If you take Colloseum stop you will have to walk back 30 min uphill to validate your tickets.
