This was an apartment in which rooms have been converted to hold a bedroom and ensuit. The bnb is located 1 minute walk from the vatican museum and approx 10min walk from the underground roma train. Location for the money is brilliant. Ernesto the host was in contact daily to see how we were.

We appreciated Ernesto and Paolas genuine hospitality. They were very attentive to our needs and truly wanted our stay in Rome to be memorable. Breakfast was provided every morning with espresso! The facility was very clean, and our room was serviced every day. Ernesto provided us with local knowledge about points of interest and excellent dining suggestions. They also arranged efficient pickup from Romes airport upon our arrival and personally handled our travel needs to the Port at Civitavecchia where we boarded a cruise ship to Greece and Turkey. We liked everything about our stay. What makes this property special aside from its a great location, cleanliness and amenities is the high level of service we received from Ernesto and Paola. We highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay in Rom.The hosts Ernesto and Paola are very kind and helpful people who could recommend us anything we needed to know about Rom. They recommended us great restaurants, sights to visit and were overall very welcoming. We had already arrived at 10am but it was no issue for them to let us check-in early.
The room had a great view with a palm tree and the Vatican wall. Also it was very clean and comfortable.
If you like an authentic personal Italian experience you will be very pleased at this hotel.
Wish we could have stayed longer.

Ernesto and Paola are two wonderful human beings who are very friendly and helpful! They made our stay a delightful experience. The room was large, clean and inviting. We loved the croissants for breakfast. The guest house is on the doorstep of the Vatican City, close to restaurants, public transport and food markets.

Great location, the hosts are very welcoming and ready to provide guidance and support so you can enjoy your time in Rome. The location is right accross the Vatican Museum, and it has supermarkets around, restaurants and is well connected to the rest of the city centre. The room was clean and the breakfast had great local treats.

Owners were very nice. Sweet people. Room was clean. Location was perfect as the entrance to Vatican City is immediately across the street.
It's very much like a bed and breakfast where there are others staying just doors away. It can be noisy and warm during the hot months.

Ernesto and Paola are extraordinary hosts. Their hotel is crisp, clean, and welcoming. Breakfast was typical for Italy and the coffee was excellent.

Ernesto and Paolo were great hosts. Ernesto gave us so much information on the area and a map to get us where we needed to go. He also took us to a reputable bank to get some euros, which we got the same exchange rate as at home and NO fee!!! We were right across the street from the Vatican Museum so it was great for our early morning Vatican tour. Ernesto also picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the cruise terminal for a very reasonable price. He was great! Place also had a lift because it was on the top floor. This was a great location to stay and good value! Would recommend a stay here

The location was amazing, we were close to everything we wanted to see while in Rome.
The whole apartment was cozy, while spacious.
Bathroom was spotless clean, and the shower had both hot and cold water.
All the amenities, plus the breakfast croissants simply wonderful. Ernesto and Paola took care of us, and their hospitality was unique!
They truly made us felt like family in this lovely place, our visit wouldnt have been the same staying somewhere else.

My partner & I had a wonderful stay at Ernesto and Paolas BnB. When we arrived Ernesto sat with us to go over a map of the city and show the best places to go, shop and eat. The location of the property itself is amazing & literally right next door to the Vatican museum, you look out the window and see it. We loved walking to St Peters Basilica each night and strolling around, this took only 10 mins to get there. All other monuments are walking distance also. Ernesto and Paola make you coffee each morning and bring beautiful fresh pastries for breakfast, they have amazing Italian hospitality & you talk with them like you are part of their family. They are there for anything you need or any questions you have and make the stay memorable, amazing people! The room itself is very comfortable, cleaned each day and the air conditioner works great. I highly recommend staying at this property when visiting Rome!
