Located in the embassy district near the train station and the university; and not far from the downtown sights. Breakfast at a coffee bar round the corner.

The location, staff and the facilities are excellent. The place its simple, but if you are interested in know Rome, its perfect. Morris is one of the top hostess in Rome for sure. He always try to make you more comfortable and have excellent tips about where to eat, visit and how to get around the city.

The property is situated in a very nice, safe area within Rome and is a medium distance walk to all the main attractions. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including providing us with a lot of information (and a map) of Rome, highlighted the key attractions to see and also accommodated multiple requests of ours. The room was a decent size and has all the facilities we needed.

A really comfortable place to spend a few nights. Morris is a great host and always willing to accommodate with requests and questions. He made us feel at home. The room was so clean and had all the amenities required. In walking distance from the station and to the city sights.
