Great location, solid facilities, a comfortable bed, and reliable fast Wi-Fi. Staff were proactive and helpful, including checking in to see if I needed a taxi back to the airport.
Room cleaning timing wasn’t ideal, as housekeeping arrived at 14:00.

The location is incredible and the hotel is very nice, modern and clean. The staff is responsive on WhatsApp but of course a concierge to speak with on a daily basis in person about daily plans or restaurant planning is unbeatable
The shower pressure was very low and the bed/pillow was not comfortable

The location was excellent. There was a small plaza nearby with several restaurants which was very convenient.
Would prefer a reception, but the staff was very attentive through WhatsApp.

Perfect location and room size for a family with two kids, easy walk to all mayor attractions. The host was great in helping and answering our questions. Overall one of the best places to stay in Rome with a family.

Valentina tried helping but also ignored 99 % of the things i complained about. Horrible wifi and i have photos to prove net speed below 5 mbps unstable, arrange taxi ride horrible, support horrible

Location great. V central. Just as advertised. No breakfast included but provided tea and coffee. Room clean & comfortable Check in and communication between host great
It would have been even better if there were bathrobes and moisturiser. Having milk in room fridge would have been better but found milk in fridge in reception

My second time to stay there and definitely not the last. Would recommend it for solo travelers, couples and friends it works great for all cases. Size of the room, cleanliness and definitely location are excellent.
Nothing. Only thing is they don’t have a reception/person available at the property which could be an issue for some people but I never found an issue with that. Checking in is super easy and they are available 24/7 via WhatsApp. Never found difficulty in contacting them.
