Good value for what you received. And Teresa was kind and responsive. There was ample parking and the bed was pretty comfortable and had nice sheets.
The walls were thin and you could hear neighbors and dogs barking for quite a long time.

Honestly nothing. The apartments [we booked 3) from first glance look okay but you quickly see they are dirty and the surroundings are very dirty and rough looking.
Everything. The apartments are honestly a fraud
Look nice online but are dirty and the host seems to have no clue how to be a host. There was a flood in one of the apartments we booked puddles all.over the bedroom. The host has also took money out my bank account even though I paid all the city tax prior and paid in cash even though she guaranteed my card would not be charged. I am putting a formal complaint through booking.com

I liked the neighborhood which was quiet. And there were free parking.

It needs a lot of maintenance , and they need to take care of the details as there is no coffe machine, the Ac is really small for the area ,...etc

Quiet. Friendly neihgbour cat.
The host madr a good explanation of how to reach the room.
The room was NOTHING like in the pictures.
It was way older, literally nothing like in the pictures.
The walls were dirty from stuff I dont even want to know, the floor was dirty, and there was a huge mosquito attack on us.
The sheets were dirty and had marks of ciggarette burns, also the whole room smelled of smoke.
The light was coming from outside easily without an option to deal with it.
Showing fancy pictures to get more people to buy but then giving something else..not cool.

beds were comfortable, had washing machine with drying rack and decent kitchen facilities
The dishwasher was listed as an amenity on the site but when we went to use it there were no washer cubes. Contacted staff and she said it was not in use and we had to wash by hand per house rules. would have been ice to have a sign that indicates it wasnt usable. There is a nice terrace but no furniture outside. The Vikey system for pre registration is a pain. Did appreciate the managers willingness to work around it with 6 people. granted it was a Saturday night the rate for Sunday was about half of what we paid. we did get to stay one night which is all we needed.

Heating was good. Kitchen and cutlery were nice: wine bottle opener(but no special glasses for red wine), one Italian mokka coffee maker, kettle, and stuff needed to cook. There was an oven. Also dishwasher, but I didn't tried it. Be aware of the shelves on the kitchen when you open them, the handles are located on the center, so you can hit your head with the door.
If you want to have rest in Rome do NOT book this apartment. You will have problems with something every single day.
They haven' clean the apartment before my arrival. The checkout was at 3pm but they didn't let me checking until 4pm, because the apartment wasn't cleaned. And even then it was awful and smelly.
Only after 3 hours of the check-in time the cleaning lady arrived.
The check-in agent was busy with other check-ins. And hardly speaking English.
The free breakfast was written on booking com for this apartment but was never provided.
I couldn't use the washing machine, because it's door was broken. Finally I was provided temporary access to another washing machine in another apartment.
You have to take out garbage on another street before checkout.
The toilets can't be locked from inside. Finally I found out that a key of one of the bedrooms can close the toilet.
The door from bedroom to balcony had a specific way of being locked.
Kitchen table was a bit shaking(be aware of it's legs, sometimes they slide and the table can fall) and 2 out of 6 chairs were partially broken(but still one can seat on it).
The app for that opens the door to apartment was sometimes not working, but the code always worked. And no physical key is provided, so in case of electricity blackout you may be stuck outside.
Has a very stressful conversation with check-in agent's supervisor, who was telling me that he can give me 15% compensation, but I need to cancel the booking on booking.com and pay him the reduced price in cash. He was telling me that they are the big company and that's only their procedure. And that's because I contacted the booking.com customer service. When I asked him to provide email of his manager he send me Anagnina.apartment@gmail.com
The big company with Gmail, of course.
The strange thing is that booking.

The apartment was clean and had all the facilities u need.
There are some nice lunch/dinner spots nearby.
And the metro is nearby to get to the city with ease.

Terrible experience! The owners lie all the time. They offer breakfast (in the description on Booking), but you don't get any because the cooperating restaurant is said to have some problems. According to the reviews, I read later, I am not the only one who has been scammed like this. The accommodation is horrible, dirty walls everywhere, smashed mosquitoes all over the walls. Torn, dirty, and uncomfortable beds. The air-condition barely works and you can not control that too much. And many other things like that. The surrounding of the accommodation is terrible, garbage everywhere. In the morning I asked the owner to end the stay (before 10 am) and refund the money for the second night. Later, for weeks, he lied to me, but he didn't want to give me any money back. So, I finally lost over 100 EUR. Friends, avoid this accommodation at all costs. It's a scam.

Very nice location. We really enjoyed our stay with the kids. We had a good stay . The owner was very nice to us . The room, the kitchen, the bathroom, everything was clean. We really recommend this place, very friendly people.
