The location is on walking distance from the main historical sites.
The property is in a quiet area.
There’s a shared living space with basic facilities like a coffee machine.

Location was excellent, host was very friendly and extremely helpful!! Room was a good size and very clean.
The breakfast was very basic by Australian standards. One pastry is a very small breakfast! The guy running the coffee shop was quite rude - I asked him for a juice instead of a coffee and he said NO (even though in the room notes it said juice was an option).

Great location, very clean, comfy beds. The host was very helpful with everything. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful walk through park. 2-3 minutes from Coloseum

It’s less than 10 minutes walk from train station, bus station and colosseum. It’s definitely a catch. My only concern was the noise from the bed each time I lay down. Aside that, the environment is safe. The property is clean and safe

The guest house was situated in a beautiful neighbourhood and was an 8 minute walk from the Coliseum. The room was very clean and very cozy. The host was incredibly kind, offered recommendations on where to eat, and helped us secure a taxi on our way to the airport. Overall it was a great experience and we would love to stay here again.

Excellent location and the room was pretty comfy, very clean. There is an elevator to get to level 2 which is excellent for heavy bags. The included coffee and croissant every morning was also very appreciated. An excellent way to start the day.

It was within walking distance to many of the main attractions in Rome.
The neighborhood needs to be described as residential, we weren't expecting that. The toilet wasn't secured to the floor, there needs to be a handle to grab onto when you get out of the shower.

The position of the appartment, very close to the metro and other lines, near the beautiful park and Colosseo. The area is very safe and you are staying in the building where families with children live. Everything was clean and perfectly organized.
Daniele was very kind and helpful and he gave me all the information I needed before I arrived.
The breakfast was ok, the cappuccino and croissant- enough to start the day. The café is nice, on the corner where the locals drink their coffe before going to work.
For a reasonable price, you get everything you need, there are no negative points for me.

Really close to the coliseum. Daniele was really helpful and was always trying to make our stay comfortable. The room was really comfy and clean as well as the bathroom
A bit noisy at night
The breakfast included was at a bar and a bit light. However you can choose to have the continental breakfast for some euros more
