The property is located in a mid rise residential style building close to the metro. The building is a security building and the staff manage the hotel during day hours. Lisa greeted us upon arrival. She is a sweet and caring person who ensured we understood how the doors and lifted worked and made sure we were happy during our stay. The room is lovely and I was pleased to find a kettle to make a cup of tea in our room. The aircond works perfectly too. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with a cappuccino in a breakfast room. I would stay here again.

Not fancy, but everything you could want in the room, very clean with a daily cleaning service! Super convenient - off the main tourist trail with good shops and restaurants and access to the metro. 10 mins from the main station, 30 mins walk to the archeological areas. More like having your own apartment being so small and quiet and not being staffed 48 hours, like a hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind and communicated brilliantly!
Nothing!! It was great for a city break base!

Good
This was a bit of an unfortunate situation. The guesthouse itself is really nice, good location, lovely receptionist and we would recommend this place for sure. We had an unfortunate situation though that they tried to solve as best as they could while being fully booked, which ended up in us having 1 night in their normal room which was great! The other two nights were not.. it was unlucky so if you get any of the normal rooms you will have a great stay!
We communicated upfront that I am 6 months pregnant but upon arrival didnt get one of their normal rooms but a kind of extra room that is right next to the reception with a sliding door with no isolation. This meant no privacy really as the door is super thin.. the room itself is fine, it has a little balcony and new walk-in shower but we didnt feel comfortable at all. You could hear every guest and the reception all dag long right outside the door and we didnt dare to speak out loud because of this. At night all the hallway light comes in so you cant darken it.. The bed was a fold out bed on top of it which was way too hard so we paid a lot of money for not sleeping you cant offer people this for the same price as your good rooms..
Again the receptionist was lovely and did her best to solve it so no blame to her but the manager should have known better. It really made our days in Rome a lot less great and I felt miserable because of a total lack of rest

Loved my stay here. The reception staff was amazing- friendly and helpful. The room was great. Clean. Having the little balcony overlooking a courtyard was so nice too. Great location, 15 minutes walk to colosseum and train station, right at a bus stop, lots of restaurants. Shower was good. Breakfast at the hotel wasnt the best but it was nice to have it instead of going out somewhere. TV even had netflix which was nice to watch a comforting show after a full day walking around Rome.

Super helpful staff, cozy place.
Bed was not so comfortable, but I think that other rooms are probably better. No plugs next to bed.

Wonderful
Cute little room with a lovely chandelier because every room and n Rome must have a chandelier. Staff were very knowledgeable and offering much tourist info. Its 10 minutes walk to the colloseum . And surrounded by plenty of food choices.
Nothing.

Location (close to the station but very quiet and safe area). Staff super nice, they offered us extra breakfast and coffee anytime. Very clean. Little balcony very appreciated. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. They keep your luggages before check in and after check out, taking very seriously the security and without extra charges.
Some details a bit old-looking (still everything is clean and works). The pictures look a bit better than the actual rooms, at least the one we got (1). A bit too expensive

Lisa was a fantastic host, very attentive and helpful. They also provided a bottle of cava as the stay was for a special occasion. Breakfast was complimentary and fantastic and had plenty of choice. Location was great, right next to the station. We had a room with an inner courtyard view which was nice and quiet.
Nothing! Though the pillows slightly on the harder side

Great location, charming and very clean room, helpful and friendly staff!
The room was slightly on the smaller side, but we were so busy sightseeing this didn't really bother us!

Beautifully appointed room with everything you need, wonderful bed with crispy sheets, fluffy towels, clean and also our rear room very quiet. excellent wifi, very safe secure building with pass keys and up on 3rd floor with a lift. Good location, only 10 minutes walk to Coliseum. Also very easy walk to and from central station, only 10 minutes even with a pull along case. Lisa the manager was wonderful to talk to and full of information. Great recommendation from Lisa to go to Molina restaurant directly across the road; delicious pizza and drinks! Thanks!
just that that we only had one night there, would have liked more!

Exceptional Staff service, especially Lisa who made the visit very welcome. We loved the attention to detail and complementary morning breakfast. The in room air conditioning was critical to the enjoyment of the visit to due to the very high outside temperatures.
Nothing - we had a lovely stay.

The people! The lovely people who cared for us like family. Lisa who welcomed us, showed us around, cared for every need and was always smiling. The lady (who's name I forget, so sorry) who made us cappuccinos and reminded me and my son to eat fruit not just bread and cakes at breakfast . Such great people . This is a simple place on the third floor of a building between the train station and colloseum so for travelers spending a short time in Rome is in a perfect location. Breakfast is included, there's a fridge in the room, air con is fast and efficient, everything is clean and functional, the beds were good and comfy too with extra pillows etc available on request. Rome is an expensive city in the summer and in the past I've paid a small fortune for rooms in much worse locations and with nothing like the level of service offered here.
Nothing really. The listing is accurate. If you want a room with a bath tub rather than just shower cubicle they'll sort that for you but must mention it in advance because only two of the rooms have one.
