The room was lovely and the bed super comfortable. The thought to have a coffee machine and snacks in the communal area was a nice touch.

The room was very clean and tided every day.There was enough spase and the room was equiped as it was written at the booking.The host was very pleasand and helpful.Also the apartment is close to whole main turistic attractions and well contectes to the airport.
Sound proof is bad.

Lovely room, very clean and comfortable. Silvana and her son Sergio were very attentive and helpful and so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend staying with Merulana Holidays in Rome.

The room was well designed, very clean, and the a/c worked better than anywhere else weve stayed in the past four weeks. Svetlana, the owner/operator was a conscientious and delightful person. She gave us maps and directions to many attractions, printed our airline boarding passes for us from her home, and made sure our needs were taken care of. The location was good - close to restaurants, public transportation and the coliseum.
There wasnt anything we didnt like. The only thing that could have made it even better would be to have some fruit available in the mornings.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to Colosseum, Termini Central, buses. Also supermarkets and Pharmacy accross the street. Room extremely clean and security is a priority.

Clean rooms, lovely host and just what we need! Actually quite spacious compared to other accomodation.
It was a little far out from some attractions but very to the colosseum. This is a fault of the city being too large though so not really the hotels issue!

Merulana's apartment is beautiful, the location is also amazing, the attractions are within walking distance, and there's no need for city transport to visit them. The Colosseum is a 5-7 minute walk away, while the main Termini station is a 10-12 minute walk. The apartment is extremely clean, and the hosts are exceptionally well-intentioned and ready to help. During our check-in, everything about Rome was explained to us (sights, establishments, transport). Thank you very much for the unique service! We wholeheartedly recommend it!
