Location as is just a few minutes from FCO Airport which is great for early departures.
Some rooms need upgrades.I have stayed several times and I can see the difference between standard, deluxe and suite.

Location, close to the airport if you drive a car. Close to outlet, free parking.
Very old, used without renovation, not clean enough, with very slow and not very polite staff, restaurant is poor as well, not only for breakfast, but for evening service as well.
