The hotel is situated in a convenient location close to Termini train station, and that makes it easily accessible from the two major airports of Rome and also the city center, especially if someone is good at hicking. Rooms are spacious for European standards. Decor is minimalistic as appropriate for a budget hotel. Stuff is ok. There are some shops around and a grocerie right next door. Bathroom decent and warm water available.
I was supposed to have a room with a city view but instead my room was facing the inner part of the building. Biggest disappointment is that this place is actually not clean enough, especially pillows and duvets have nasty stains. Housekeeping only uppon request and possibly with a fee (though I am not sure for the latter).

Perfect location, near Roma Termini, but clean and busy. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very comfortable rooms, specially for families. They clean the rooms if you ask. Prices were fair. I would surely come back.

I really liked the space of the rooms, the bar area was nice.
The kitchen and laundry room were really small. The locker area is really expensive and in a big reservation of a family room that should be included. Also the bar was on the pricier side

Very clean and modern with all the needed facilities and beyond. Amazing staff and lockers and laundry available.

It was a pleasant stay. Specially Khalid and Maria, the people at the reception are super helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the luggage storage and they waved us the fee as we didn't need it at all for the misunderstandings. That was super nice of them. And also the reception is open 24/7 and there's also a free kitchen which is super helpful. I loved my stay and will definitely stay here in future if I'm in Rome.
I don't think there's anything to dislike. The location is also perfect and very short walk from the Rome Central Station.

The room was cold. Actually staffs tried to help it that to head temperature, but unfortunetely didnt work. Air conditioner turns on itself, and the room became cold again and again.

I really appreciated the kindness and patience of the reception staff — they were very helpful and welcoming.
The shower in the bathroom could be improved. There was some mold on the showerhead, which should be cleaned or replaced.

I stayed in 6- bed female dorm and it was clean. We had a big shower with all the facilities. The room was bright and with high ceilings.
I knew there were two beds pushed together, and I was hoping I wouldn’t have to stay in that one. It’s so weird having to share a bed with a complete stranger. The good thing is, I managed to separate the beds. Also, the light turned on by itself at 9:00 a.m., even though no one had touched it - everyone was still asleep. The dorm is located near Termini Station and it's not the best place to walk at night.
