The location is excellent—very close to the main attractions and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The main entrance is locked at night for security, as the hotel entrance is located in an inner courtyard. Housekeeping is regular and efficient: whenever I went out for breakfast, I returned to a clean and tidy room.
A little more space in all the rooms would have been a plus. Mine was one of the smaller ones, with limited space around the sides and foot of the bed, but it was still comfortable. Most of the other rooms are slightly larger. The staff were very attentive, and I was even able to check in early because my room was already ready. I had originally planned to just drop off my suitcase and return at the official check-in time, so this was a lovely bonus.

This is a first class hotel situated slap bang in the middle of where all the tourist action is. For those people who are prepared to pay a premium to be looked after by a friendly and professional staff team this is for you.
