The staff is very kind and the place extremely clean.
This room is really inside an apartment building in Rome, you will be given a bunch of keys to get through a bunch of gates and doors.
Our room smelled like smoke and to cover the smell up they sprayed so much perfume it was unbearable before opening the window for a bit.

the internet and the streaming
size of room, the 5 keys to get in, the code to the gate never worked, the reception is not close to the building, the baby screaming at 5 am waking me up, etc, etc, etc, etc,!

The room was clean
There was no hot water, and the staff never responded about it when we messaged them, so we had to take freezing cold showers. The power on the floor also went out, and nobody had responded to the water message we sent, so we had to go and flip the breaker ourselves to turn the power on. The entrance was also very difficult to find, and the building we stayed in was not attached to the main reception.

Location was hard to find. Better if host said that this place is next door to a Bar do Brasil and a book store. Excellent Location and have one locked gate and several secure doors to go through. We were given a key ring of keys not key cards for entry. They did not have a reception where we were at even though they had said there was one several blocks away and had no idea where it was. Communication was through whats app only with 8:30- 5 hours of available.
There is a communal kitchen with a kettle, coffee machine for expresso and did not have cafe americano but had nescafee packets, there is also a microwave and sink.
Croissants were left every morning 8:30 am hanging on our door. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with modern design even though it was in a very dated building. Location is one right near easy to get to Santa Maria Maggiore.

Nothing, room was small, not like advertised and location was completely different from one listed on booking.
Very small room, only bed and small bathroom, no space. Promised breakfast, they just hang two croissants in a plastic bag outside room. Didn’t get the rooms that were advertised, TV functions listed don’t work, staff not helpful, didn’t clean our room and continuously harassed to pay city tax when we told them we would pay when we check out. Elevator not working and had to go up to third floor with luggage, did not receive any assistance with helping to get the luggage down.

Location was excellent, the girls from the staff also was very attentive and helpful, always making an effort to make our stay even better. Although there was no breakfast they always brough us some sweets from the bakery and also coffee/tea and some biscuits always available. Hosts were very kind to upgrade our room and we were able to stay in the main building. Very good cleaning the room every day and clean bedsheets, towels everything. Every day they gave us free water bottles in the room as well.
It's more related to the building itself, the room had just a very thin curtain, so it was too bright — there were no external shutters or a blackout curtain to block the light. It's a bit tricky if you must sleep a bit more after a long day, but other than that everything was perfect. Thanks for the staff for our stay!

We stayed just 2 night. Great location to sightseeing city. During our stay we have everyday new supplies: waters, drinks, yogurts, croissants. Even new towells. After check out you can easily left luggage on reception and go to city. We really recommend this place and if we will be next time in Roma would love to stay here again!

Room was cleaned every day, supported with fresh towels. Kitchen is staffed with tea and coffee. Each morning we were provided by fresh croissants and yogurt, which was nice
Shower worked weirdly: cold water came unexpectedly during hot and it took time to get hot back.
Wall are thin, all noises from corridor and next room were well audible.
