Location was really great, we had a high level of comfort and the host was very attentive and helpful!
The curtains do not offer much sun blockage in the living room. Only an issue if you’re sleeping on the sofa bed.

It’s a nice location being close to the metro and some tourist attractions. It’s relatively close to the Colosseum and Vatican along with multiple other attractions. The host was very helpful in providing lots of information and general tips about the area.
Check in was a bit of a hassle, as the host has to buzz you in to the main gate, and you must retrieve the keys from a lockbox. The host also tried to call me multiple times throughout my trip along with constant messages.

The property is located near to Metro station, buses and a tram no.2. Flat is fully equipped (all utensils that you may need are there). Was very clean. AC was working effectively. Interiors were comfrotable. Contact with the owner was very smooth.

The apartment is in a great location, close to trains/buses/metro. It's quite big for a pair. It has a really comfortable bed and a working AC. It is a good spot to stay at, when you visit Rome. What's good to mention is that the owner is very helpfull and easy to contact.
Unfortunatelly, we recomend you take more of your own cosmetics for the trip (ex. Handsoap).

Best location in Rome! We loved our stay and the incredible staff behind it. You can walk to all the main landmarks in Rome and the use of public transportation is near the property. Spacious, clean, convenient and above all, Ramin went above and beyond to make our stay an unforgettable experience!

Upon arrival we were so happy to find the property clean, well presented and warm. It is very well managed and cared for, with personal touches which, include military memorobilia from his father, and some beautiful Paintings from his very talented mother. It is small, but compact and very comfortable. A home from home! Its perfectly situated, a short walk from piazza de popolo, great bars and restaurants, also supermarket and pharmacies are on the main road. There is also a Park directly opposite where we could enjoy our morning runs.
The only thing we didnt like about the place was we struggled to get our washing dry. It is fantastic that washing facilities are provided, but it would be helpful if a clothes horse/airer was also provided.

The host was there to welcome me, even when I arrived late in the evening. He was super nice and offered me a ride to a nearby supermarket to get some stuff. When it was time to leave, he let me stay a few hours longer so I could visit rome without my bags
The credit card machine was broken so I needed to pay in cash. Not a big deal but definitely a bit uncomfortable

In general, nice cozy apartment. Have everything you need. Located just a short walk from the central area. Very attentive owner. Overall very nice stay.
Coffee machine or at least coffee sachets would be appreciated for people arriving late or early morning. Bit of more attention to be dedicated on cleaning, as it can be improved.
