We stayed for 3 nights in Rome and had a great experience at Maison Evelina. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We felt comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Rome.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us navigate some of the logistics of the trip in the area. The apartments are located in an amazing area. There is an elevator for luggage and the apartments provide an ample amount of space. The breakfast is delicious.

We enjoyed the hotel, very clean and our host was very helpful and answered our questions on getting around. We were frazzled as the airline lost our luggage, but the location was near to everything we needed to find clothes and toiletries until we could get our luggage. Amazing shopping with every designer you can imagine, but also nearby to other attractions such as the Trevi fountain and within a 10 minute drive to the other major attractions such as the Vatican, coliseum. and the Forum, so easy to access. Definitely would recommend,
We struggled with the airline conditioning remote as it kept going off, but it could have been us and not sure how to work it properly.

Everything was great. The location is between Piazza del Popolo and Fontana Trevi and 300 m from Spanish Stairs. The room is very spacious, very clean and you have all the amenities you need. The personell is very friendly, and the staff is very professional and helpful. I love it and definitely come back again.

The location was brilliant. The host was excellent. The accommodation and rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was lovely. I would highly recommend Maison Evelina and I am so pleased we found this place.

Negotiating the heating. My wife was freezing the first night and I had to get up in the middle of the night and put her coat over her. It was late february and no heat. The owner responded but turned it on during the day when we were out and turned it off at night when we were in

Our stay at Maison Evelina was almost perfect and completely fuss-free. As a couple traveling from Asia to Italy, we truly felt the warm hospitality that defines this wonderful place. We had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Alessandro, whose amazing warmth immediately made us feel welcome. Daily breakfast was a delight, served by Jim, who went above and beyond—not only did he serve us a fantastic meal each morning, but he also ensured our room was sparkling clean, surpassing the standards of many 5-star hotels.
Another major plus was the location; Maison Evelina is conveniently situated near all the major tourist areas. We were able to walk everywhere and didn’t even need to take a taxi throughout our trip.
No reception or staff service after 2pm. However they have a number for you to call if there is any issue.

The breakfast was very good.
The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Fontana Di Trevi, and to the Metro, which made it easy to anywhere! Near to the shop there are many shops and it feels safe.
We went on valentine's day, and were met with a couple good surprises! We had a welcome letter, a rose, prosecco and chocolates! It was wonderful.
The room had all the amenities we were expecting and more. It was a big room.
