The location is within a safe and quiet community. It is walking distance to the Vatican and Cipro Metro Station. The host is very friendly and accommodating.

Location only. Breakfast was never offered! Not even little fruit or granola bars. Nor a voucher for breakfast at a local bar.
How can you call this a B&B! We should be compensated for charging for breakfast.
See comments above. The bathroom shower is very dangerous . My mom could not use it and I slipped. The shower drains and sink drains clog fast. So you are standing in 2 inches of slippery water.
No place to putsoap or shampoo except for the floor.
No paper towels or tissues to be found.
The front door was the worst. It is warped, so you have to pull and push very hard to get in and out.
Used cigarettes left on counter in balcony for 4 days. The balcony

We did like the location, also the room was good size. Closets were big.
I wasn’t happy with the bathroom: shower was small and no shelves to keep stuff.

There was kitchen area with a sink and a counter with stools. There was a coffee machine for us to make coffee in the morning. The location was great! We were right between 2 metro (subway) stations that made it so convenient to get anywhere we wanted to go in Rome. There was a delightful restaurant 2 doors down with a very friendly proprietor where we had breakfast everyday. Madi was an exceptional hostess. She spent a lot of time helping us with restaurant suggestions and how to use the metro and train systems. She was a very hard worker making sure we had everything we needed. I would stay there again.
The only negative was the noise very early in the morning from the outside workers and the remodeling workers upstairs. That situation was out of Madi's control. We realized that we were in a city and that was probably normal. It was quiet at night, thank goodness!

It was easily accessible, we could also get to anywhere in Rome because the Cipro metro station was so close. Vatican is walking distance from the property. There was also a playground which my little kid highly appreciated. Shops, restaurants are close by.
It was a b&b without breakfast (the summary of the accommodation says otherwise), but the prices are for the accommodation and there are shops nearby, also places for breakfast. The kitchen is small but you only need it for the morning coffee from the machine.

Exquisite host and perfect price/standard ratio. Mariangela is easily the best host I've ever met. She will explain everything with wonderful kindness and recommend the most important landmarks to visit. Not only that but she will tell you where you can have a really tasty meal. The room is air-conditioned which can help with Italian heat. Simply perfect.
