Large space, close to restaurants and a grocery store. Near public transportation. Free breakfast at a local cafe. Washer-dryer combo.
We were on the fourth floor, which is 5 flights up! The first floor is 0! The elevator was very narrow and old! Except for getting luggage up to the place, we walked up and down.

Fabrizio is an excellent host, helpful and extremely friendly. He took a lot of time to give us information about the apartment and hints about what to do in the closer vicinity. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood pretty quiet. The breakfast in der nearby Caff d'Italia was good with excellent Cappuccino.
You can either work your way around or take public transport. The tram is pretty convenient to get to Colosseo or Travestere.

Fabrizio is a very gracious host who meet us at 8pm at night
Breakfast at the local cafe was very nice and a short walk to Sam Giovanni train station

Such a charming apartment in a lovely historical building in Rome! It even has the original, operating elevator The area has several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Received a warm welcome, and send off, from Roberto. The apartment was well stocked and even had Netflix! Roberto was easy to reach and wonderful to deal with. It was a great stay! Would recommend!
Not that it affected us, but just to be aware that it is a little walk to the "tourist," areas, maybe 20-25 minutes to the Collesum area. It gives one the chance to walk off their supper

An absolutely amazing tiny apartment in a historical building in the quaint fringes of the city center. There are historical landmarks in the vicinity, and you can walk to the Colosseum if youre up for a longish walk. The apartment has wonderful amenities, a great bathroom with a wonderful massage shower, and a little welcome surprise for the guests. Great communication by the welcoming hosts, even though I made it a bit difficult for them in the beginning, due to changes in my itinerary and schedule. They helped me anyway they could and were nothing but absolutely amazing about it.
There was nothing to complain about.

Hosts Roberto and Fabrizio were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They helped arrange airport transportation and I was greeted enthusiatically by them upon arrival to the appartment. The appartment was bright, clean, and quiet. The bathroom was well equipped with towels and a luxurious shower and nice hot water. The bed was large and comfortable with many pillows. Window shutters can be shut to make the apartment very dark for sleeping. AC was amazing to have in the Roman heat. Having a fridge and electric kettle was very convenient, but most beneficial was the laundry machine! Fabrizio and Roberto gave great recommendations for local cafes and restauarant and gave some special extra touches that really made the stay great. Overall, it was a magnificent place to stay and when I am back in Rome I will not hesitate to book with them again.
