The room was amazing, to be honest one of the most comfortable mattresses I ever slept on. The staff is very friendly and although I don't speak Italian I had no problem communicating with the staff. The place is very quiet and close to the bus stop, so moving around Rome wasn't a problem.

The staff is helpful and friendly.
The property is close to the highway and at night we were not able to sleep from the sounds coming from cars and ambulances on the road.
We weren’t able to turn on the AC since it releases very loud noises.
Someone tried to open the door of the room in the morning but we didn’t know if it was the cleaning team but we were sleeping.
Our room was in the first floor and there is no elevator so we carried all the luggage on the stairs and to the end of the corridors.

The room was comfortable, clean, the beds and the bathroom are ok. The staff is particularly kind. Very convenient Italian style breakfast. Wifi ok. The yard is very beautiful. Although it is far from the center, it is like a little oasis in the suburbs of Rome and the transport connection is good. The bus stop is nearby and connects to the Rebibbia metro station.
Returning from the city at late hours by metro or bus may take more time (check the timetable), but this is somewhat compensated by the hotel regime and the convenient price.

Staff really makes the difference in the experience. Kind and very helpful, they made my stay very confy.
Breakfast is classic italian breakfast,which is sweeties only, for no italian people like me, it can be challenge eat only sweet dishes in the morning

Aircon working well, good quality beds, no fridge in the room, 10km by car to central Roma, tiny cafe open 24hrs walking distance from hotel. Funny thing was cleaners were speaking perfect English, reception not really - basic but always very helpful

Amazing place with amazing people. Loved everything about it. The staff was so friendly and nice. They offered us free water on both our check in and check out. They also gave us complimentary breakfast. Everything was great. It also had a beautiful garden.

Surrounded with beatiful gardens and olive trees,although it looks far from centre and not much to do on the contrary, great lunch 100 meters away ,rooms very spacious and clean ,staff is very helpful, added bonus is chirping birds all day

I very much like three points: 1. Very warm staff (all of the staff one by one were very friendly, helpful and generaous) 2. The garden and nature were greatly beautiful 3. Value for the money was perfect
