The suite had a large balcony. We stayed here because it is close to Trastevere Station. This was our last stay in Rome before heading to airport early in the morning. The train takes you straight to the airport. Its not the nicest area-although we didnt have time to explore much. Its a couple of kilometers from Tesstacio (across the river) which we were more familiar with. Check in was easy and pleasant. Good communication from the hosts. There was room cleaning during our stay :). There is also a safe to store your valuables. The shower is a good size with lots of hot water and a good supply of nice toiletries if you need them.
The building must be near a bar/nightclub that played music until 2am. Loud thumping noise from awful music. Im not sure how close it was but it kept me from sleeping. There is no coffee machine in the room only instant Nescaf. We did find a few coffee bars around the corner and also near the train station.

The room was clean with a nice view from the balcony.
The bathroom was clean with a bidet.
There was a kettle in the room.
The items in the fridge and on the desk were free.
There wasn't trash basket in the room, only a small one in the bathroom.

The staff was nice and friendly. The location was good, you could get everywhere easily by tram and bus. I also liked the daily cleaning and free drinks in the minibar. A big balcony with great view was nice.
The room itself was a bit shabby, the walls had crumbling paint and the shower was untidy. Sound isolation to other rooms and corridors was non-existent and a bit disturbing in the evenings.

The bed was comfortable. The balcony was large and made the appartment feel bigger. The size was suitable for us. It was very clean. It was easy to get to Roma Tratesvere train.
It would have been handy to have a dish towel in the kitchen. It was a little noisy overnight (from outdoors) but not unbearable.
It would have been nice to have had written suggestions of nearby places to eat and to get some groceries.

Clean room and good facilities.
Check in staff was rude and not helpful.
Can't control air conditioning in room. Bad luck if you need a cool room.
