The location was very good, just 20 minute walk from Vaticna city. The accomodation was lovely, room was big and the balcony was very nice! Crishani was very nice and helpful! The coffee and snacks were great! Would recommend and stay here again:)

We liked the hospitality of the owner of the Airbnb showed us. He provided warm welcome, made us feel comfortable and was helpful and showed personal care. When we checked out of the Airbnb he helped us take our luggage downstairs and waited with us till our Uber came.
We did not like that there are several steps to climb up before reaching the main level where the elevators are located and that made it difficult to take up our luggage.

We liked the hospitality of the owner of the Airbnb showed us. He provided warm welcome, made us feel comfortable and was helpful and showed personal care. When we checked out of the Airbnb he helped us take our luggage downstairs and waited with us till our Uber came.

There is a washing machine.
Keys-both front door to building and to our room are dodgy and need re-cutting. You shouldn't spend 15 minutes trying to get in!
Beds- hard
Pillows- 1 flat, hard pillow each. Uncomfortable sleep. I had to use my neck pillow from plane.
Bathroom- full of mould. The cleaner came in and scrubbed for us but we went out and bought our own bleach. Disgusting!!
TV- didn't work for 2 days as the adapter in the wall was crackling when we were sleeping and melted. Could have caused a fire so we took it out of wall. Cleaner replaced it on day 3!
Hair-dryer- not working so cleaner took 1 from another room!!
Nothing worked or was any good.
Do not stay here!!!!!!!

ove to another place(actually I found that room is from the other host and that host is good).But,he told me that I need to move to the other room for the second day when I just woke up at 7 am.cool.so I was going to get out of the room and have fun.but I have to pack my baggage before I leave(waste my time).But the most ridiculous thing after.He didn’t send me any massages after I get out of that room for the first day.Like WHOLE DAY.After the sun going down it’s getting dark and cold and I sent massage to him asking where I’m going to move in tonight.HE DISAPPEAR,no massages,no replays.i called him also .but no.I was alone in the street and it’s dark and cold and I have no where to go. Ridiculous.i have to sent massages to the boy that host me last night try to find him.and after 30mins later he’s alived. And send me a new address for the room that I can move in the second day.and I didn’t see his face all the time.dont know how he is ,dont know where the room that I actually booked.

The location was excellent but not worth the pain
I booked this property after seeing the reviews but I m totally horrified with the experience. The host was unresponsive. Needed to follow up multiple times just to get check in instructions. They didn't have a reception as claimed also no secured luggage storage. The rooms had a shared common area which resulted in noises all night. The room didn't have blinds as a result there was no way to block the sunlight. Also the room was dimly lit, couldn't see a thing. The bathroom were mouldy. And the clothes hanger was broken and it fell on me. In the middle of the day a scary looking person banged our door and said something in Italian rudely. I felt unsafe and traumatized

Hole in the window tapped up, mold on tiles in the shower easy to clean but not getting done, dirty walls from windows being open and the cleaning staff not doing a good job at all. No washer , WiFi is terrible

Although I didnt stay exactly at the booked property but the other one they offered me was just awesome! I loved the newly renovated apartment and everything there was just perfect! Thank you for the offer and I would suggest the future guests to also accept the other offers if the one you booked is not available. I would definitely go back to here.
Only for me location was a bit farther than expected. It is about 30 min walk to Vatican - which is ok if you are interested in that area. Other than that, nothing to complain.
