proximity to Vatican City and many restaurants, gelatos, and grocery store.
The a/c didn’t work as expected, but the owner was responsive and had it fix on the 4th day, she provided 2 fans.

The space itself was perfect. 2 bedrooms each en-suite with large windows that open out onto the outdoor terrace which is huge with a clear view of the Basilica.
Really lovely touch of sweet treats, Bottle of wine, water and juices for us on our arrival.
Perfect location for doing all the tourist sites and a five minute walk from the Train station.
Great communication with IIaria who gave such clear directions on how to get to the apartment.
Would definitely stay here again.

The property is very close to restaurants and Vatican. Being with old parents and child its very easy and accessible by walk going to Vatican (10-15 minutes walk with Senior and child) .
Apartment is wonderful. All the the things you need are available and very easy to reach out to the property owner if needed anything. The terrace is excellent- good view of the St Peter’s Basilica Dome. Worth the money. Overall excellent,

From the get-go, Ilaria has been very helpful and responsive. Always ready to offer her help to ensure our stay was going to be comfortable.
The apartment is nicely located no more than 5 minutes from St. Peter's square. It is also possible to walk to the Vatican Museum as we did.
There is a nearby Carrefour, small grocery stores, and a lot of food options. Loved the snacks that Ilaria put in the apartment for us.
As for the apartment itself, it is so cozy and had a lot of things we needed during the stay. Kitchen complete with an induction cooker, fridge, coffee maker, there is also a washing machine and a lot of space to hang clothes. The outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun or the windy weather. Favourite part is the terrace with a view of St. Peter's dome.

The owner was so helpful and welcoming.
The highlight of the accommodation is the balcony and the view.
There was nothing not to like. Great location, a few minutes walk from shops and bars and restaurants as well as travel links.

The property was really nice with a huge terrace and a view of Vatican . The location is excellent.
The property was out of water for a whole day (9am to 6pm) due to some maintenance work and it was uninformed. The host was also not aware of the water cut. We reached out to the host for help but didn't get any support from them. We expected at least some bottled water will be provided as an intermittent solution but that was also not done leading to huge problems and delays in our overall plan

The rooftop patio was definitely our favorite part of this property. It was big with a beautiful view of St Peters Dome. The neighborhood was clean and we felt safe even at night. Although it’s a bit of a walk to other attractions in Rome we walked or took the Lime bikes everywhere we went. Walling is our preferred travel in cities but there’s a lot of city transit as well. The market isn’t far and with the mini kitchen we enjoyed breakfast and a dinner from the market deli right there on the rooftop. We highly recommend this location!
