The hotel’s location is excellent. As soon as you step outside, you find yourself in the square. The room was clean and nice. The staff were also very friendly.
Instead of placing a deposit hold on the credit card, they simply write down the card details on paper. This could be a security risk. They should process the hold through the POS machine. Additionally in the evenings, the radiator doesn’t work, so the room gets very cold, but I think this is a general problem in Rome.

Location is great, property is modern the suite is spacious and luxurious.
We stayed at fantasia suite, in winter the air conditioning system is set to heat only and the room is very warm due to inadequate ventilation, so we need to open the windows to get the room cooled. However, opening the windows does not help much with temperature but create another problem because they are facing indoor shaft and you can hear loud noise of people talking and machine noise.

View over Piazza Navona, the staff is very kind, and the rooms are spacious and beautiful.
I can't really think of anything bad, but maybe as a tip, they could improve the quality of the breakfast and add some nice Italian croissants.

Location is great , room was big
Room wasn’t clean when we arrived , after complaining and were told the issue was fixed and it was still dirty. The shower knob that controls temperature fell off, after telling the staff they said it would be fixed , came back to the room and the knob came off again , asked to speak to a manager and was not able to but told the manager was aware. Overall a very disappointing experience considering this price range , if it costs 100 dollars per night then it’s a great hotel , but for a 5 star going for 500+ a night, no thanks.

LOCATION is 10/10 and even though on busy Piazza Navona rooms are super quiet and relaxing. Loved the luxury bath and Molton Brown products after a busy day walking. Nice touch with treats left in room when you returned at night. Roof terrace amazing for drinks and nibbles. Breakfast very nice also. The whole place has a sense of calm and relaxation which is definately needed after the busy streets and sightseeing.

Comfortable spacious room with lovely view. Lively staff, nice rooftop bar
For the price a basic cappucino and croissant breakfast could have been included. Otherwise no complaints.
