Beautiful, tasteful decor. Perfect view and a balcony overlooking the piazza. The bed was really comfortable. Spacious, well equipped bathroom, and personal touches in the room.
The room was too warm for winter, and even when adjusted, it kept resetting throuought the night.

Location is idyllic, beautiful view from the bedroom window. Themed rooms are luxurious spacious and comfortable, ideal for a romantic getaway. Room service breakfast was impeccable, as was the breakfast on the rooftop terrace

The view from the room was awesome. Right across the Piazza navona from the Chiesa di Sant'Agnese. In suite tub with jets was nice. Swift room service. I appreciate some of the sillier aspects of the decor (e.g., a swing covered in purple velvet right in front of the window; white fluffy feathers on the lamp shades). Quiet (aside from the noise of the Piazza, which I like anyway)

Location, wonderful staff, comfy bed, lovely toiletries, big room. Just generally loved our time there.
A funny smell coming from the drain in the shower. Might be blocked.

You had to walk with your luggage to the entrance, about 500ft. There wasn’t direct car to door service with luggage.
