The room was amazing. Old vintage building sectioned into rooms and the ceiling and floors were original which added to the charm of the room. The bathroom was large and updated with a great shower and vanity and all the amenities. We appreciated the attention to detail.
Rachelle was a fabulous contact, very responsive to all of my questions. She provided detailed directions to the location with after-hour check-in instructions and also provided assistance with reserving a taxi to the airport the next morning. Breakfast was included and delivered to our room on a tray at a pre-selected time.
The location was perfect. We had stayed in Rome before, but this location opened out to some streets we had not been on before which had numerous well-placed and well-attended restaurants. Not far at all from the main plaza. It was a nice surprise.
We had trouble with the lock to the room (using a key). I forgot to mention it to Rachelle, or I'm sure she would have addressed it. Everything else was great.

Comfortable quiet near all the sites! Room service for breakfast with menu and time selection was an unexpected pleasure!
Not really seven minutes from piazza Navona— more like 15 minutes. I find you always need to double the time. Europeans tell you it takes to walk.

We loved this hotel! It is on a quiet street right next to Piazza Navona, so the location was great. We had a room with a balcony. It was clean, well decorated, and had a super comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and brought us breakfast to our room every morning at our requested time. We will stay here again when we return to Rome.

The hotel is ideally situated near the Piazza Navona, making travel convenient throughout Roma. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and the staff was professional and responsive to any request. When I arrived, MJ provided maps and beneficial information to make my stay perfect. My room with a balcony was the ideal place to enjoy a morning espresso and listen to the church bells. As a solo traveler, I appreciated how safe I felt with the added security in the building. The breakfast each morning was delicious, too!
