The staff was amazing, MJ and Paola and the cleaning woman went above and beyond. The location was great. It was very close to Piazza Navona and an easy walk to all other locations.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the service. MJ went above and beyond to help me — from assisting with my luggage to making my late check-in smooth and stress-free. She was kind, attentive, and truly did everything she could to make my stay easier. Thank you, MJ, for your amazing hospitality! Highly recommended!

We loved it here! The ceiling! And the location is very walkable and fantastic. The little balcony was such a lovely spot for a drink and breakfast. Paola was so lovely!

The room was amazing. Old vintage building sectioned into rooms and the ceiling and floors were original which added to the charm of the room. The bathroom was large and updated with a great shower and vanity and all the amenities. We appreciated the attention to detail.
Rachelle was a fabulous contact, very responsive to all of my questions. She provided detailed directions to the location with after-hour check-in instructions and also provided assistance with reserving a taxi to the airport the next morning. Breakfast was included and delivered to our room on a tray at a pre-selected time.
The location was perfect. We had stayed in Rome before, but this location opened out to some streets we had not been on before which had numerous well-placed and well-attended restaurants. Not far at all from the main plaza. It was a nice surprise.
We had trouble with the lock to the room (using a key). I forgot to mention it to Rachelle, or I'm sure she would have addressed it. Everything else was great.
