Very well located in central Rome and interesting decor / concept versus a typical chain hotel. Very friendly and breakfast is pre-ordered and delivered to your room.
It spans one floor in a building, various steps and small lift so if you have mobility issues it’s probably not the one. There isn’t someone on the desk 24/7 and no private room to leave luggage.

Super quiet neighborhood, gorgeous location, huge rooms, so clean and well planned. They have thought of EVERYTHING! Toothbrushes, tampons, house shoes, nail kit/Qtips, incredible breakfast. You name it, im pretty sure they have it!! We travel about once a month internationally and it’s pretty rare to find a place that has everything there that you might have forgotten. Staff kind and unforgettable. We will def be back later this year when visiting Rome.

We liked the location and the bedroom. Beds were comfy
The bathroom with a window open in the bedroom but most of all the poor condition they offer the breakfast: in the room, we were three people but we just had two chairs and limited choice. Just one person ( we thank the lady for her help) for the service

The worst accommodation experience I have ever had.
The apartment was cold and poorly maintained. The staff were rude and unhelpful from the beginning.
Most importantly, there is a large hole in the bathroom ceiling that is directly connected to the bedroom, offering no privacy at all. This was never disclosed in advance and is not visible in the booking photos, which is completely unacceptable.
Also, the owner saod that this is not big deal.
This critical issue should have been clearly communicated before arrival. Instead, we were unpleasantly surprised on site.
Bed is too small (140x200) for two persons.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. It does not meet even basic standards of comfort, transparency, or hospitality.

I think this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, everything about this place is a brilliant, the location the cleanliness, the amazing staff, the exclusivity and privateness that this property delivers is outstanding
Nothing everything was absolutely perfection. Thank you for making this day absolutely perfect and the icing on the cake was the candle for my wife’s birthday

The room was excellent plenty of space for clothes etc Nice little table and chairs to sit at when you had breakfast.
the breakfast was excellent plenty of choice and drinks were hot.
Couldn't work out how to use the TV but who needs a TV when in Rome.
