Te B&B is very well located to the metro station Cipro, ori 15-20 min walking distance from St. Peter Square.
There are many nice options from shopping to restaurants very close to the B&B.
We stayed in the triple room, the beds were very comfortable, we slept very well.
The room was clean, bathroom as well.
We traveled with a small child and there were limited options in the breakfast for him to have. Also, the shower doors made it almost impossible to clean the child, because the opening is so narrow.

Great place to stay and explore Rome from. Facilities were really clean and the bed super comfy. Our host Vincenzo was superb, chatting to us over breakfast, he would help plan our day in the city to make sure we made the most of our time. He made us coffees and the kids hot chocolates whilst we all tucked into the sweet breakfast goodies he supplied. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Excellent room, very comfortable bed, immaculate cleanliness, good breakfast, and great location... extremely close to the metro. The owner, Vincenzo, is exceptional with great advice in getting the best out of your trip to Rome, including site seeing, restaurants, etc. Highly recommended.
There is nothing in relation to the apartment at the B&B. Just one tip to note, the Jolie restaurant nearby is, in our opinion, best avoided. Rude staff, awful service. We walked out after 10 minutes of being ignored when it wasn't busy.

The owner of the apartment is amazing. He was always there helping us with everything that we needed and he also took extra time to discuss with us and gave us excellent recommendations on what to do and where to eat in Rome. Also, the apartment is nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable, you can rarely find beds like these. The breakfast is typically Italian and we enjoyed it a lot. Thanks Vincenzo for an amazing accommodation and experience in Rome. We will surely be back!
