10 min from city center by metro and lots of bus lines to get to everywhere in Rome. Complementary biscuits, coffee and tea. Angela was really nice and helpful she offered to store our bags after checkout. The shared bathroom felt like it wasn't shared at all. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location. Really sweet and lovely owner, she gave us some close by recommendations on restaurants. View to a main road. We walked with luggage from Rome Termini, once in a lifetime experience- but catch a metro train from Rome Termini, metro train station is super close (San Giovanni station). We also enjoyed the elevator- antique but works well. There was a coffee station.
Shared bathroom, but manageable.

Angela, the hostess, is the kindest person, she made us feel at home, also giving us great suggestions of places to visit!. She gave us a map and directions for how to get around. The room was perfectly clean when we got it and it was also cleaned daily. Angela also left some coffee, tea, and water for us, which was very nice of her. It was equipped with an air conditioner and very good wifi. The location of the apartment was so convenient as the metro and bus station were just outside the building. This apartment is really 10/10 and I highly recommend it.
The only thing was noisy with the windows open.

Angela was the nicest host. We arrived earlyer than the check in time and she was so kind as to let us leave the luggage with her so we can go visit the city. She gave us a map and directions for how to get around.
The room was perfectly clean when we got it and it was also cleaned daily. Angela also left some coffe, tea and wather for us, which was very nice of her. It was equiped with air conditioner and very good wifi.
The location of the apartament was so convenient as the metro and bus station were just outside the building. We also found nice places for breakfast near the building.
This apartament is really 10/10 and I highly recommed it.

Everything is more then great! Very very clean apartment with nice host, good location (20-25min by foot to colosseum, or 5-10min by metro - metro station is right next to apartment). Neighborhood is very nice, also with shops and some restaurants.

Awesome location, spacious room, great staff! Great value for money.
Walls between rooms are very thin, so we could hear the noise from other guests at night sometimes.

The location was close to transport and certain facilities. Not too far from the main attractions. No breakfast was served as it is a self catering venue. Angela was a pleasant host, she even accommodated us for our luggage as we had an activity that went over check out time. Coffee and biscuits for the room.
Its great that theres complementary coffee and biscuits maybe an add on would be A bottle of water daily as there was non for coffee in the morning.

Our room was spacious, quiet and carefully cleaned.
The location is perfect, you can either use the subway, a few steps away, or also walk, about 20 minutes to the Colosseum.
Supermarket, restaurants and shops all around.
We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was beyond expectations. We had a shared bathroom but it was always super clean. The apartment is located very close to the center but still away from the main crowded areas. Easy access to metro and buses.
Nothing to complain. A more functional kitchen would make me give it a 12/10 rating. :)

Absolutely amazing stay. Was spotless with fresh linens and towels Daily. Host was gracious and went out of her way to greet us, help us and give us advice on best places to eat and hidden gems of the city. Right next to the San Giovanni metro stop too. Fantastic value for money!
