We stayed at the hotel just for one night, but everything was perfect. The location is in the quiet area and close to Vatican. Also, there is not far from the city center-20/25 min walk. The room is clean and comfortable. Alessandro was always online and ready to help.

We liked everything, rested as a family with a small child. the room is clean, located in the center from the sights, the room had everything for a comfortable stay (iron, ironing board, coffee machine, refrigerator, even a pharmacy - a trifle, but nice.

I liked the place, very quiet and on walking distance to Vatican. Restaurant, Train and bus station near by. There was a nice little bar just few steps from the room. Parking place easy to find. Safety place.
The room didn't have a window. This information was not on booking.com. I mean there was a window one the door, not possible to open it. They didn't clean the room nor empty the trash bag. I talked to the owner and he just answer due to corona rules from 2020. Strange because this rule didn't exist anymore. Nor from the state of Italy nor from booking.com. Also outside they seldom cleaned the small table. I think for this amount of money per night you can find something better nearby.

Everything in the room was really good, room was very clean and service team was very friendly and helpful. Also we could stay a little bit longer in the room in the day of checking out. :)
For me, negative thing is that there is no window in the room, it is one but in the bathroom. What is more, there was no drinking water or even a spoon or any other cutlery. The good thing - when we asked one time for a water, we immediately got one bottle of water with two plastic cups. :)

Location is great, near Vatican and very good connected with the city center. Also, there are in Cavalieri street lot of places where you can have nice meal. Alessandro was very kind .
I would like that the appartment has a window, but we had great time anyway.

brilliant location and close to bus services so easy access to rest of Rome ! small and comfortable, window is on the front door, Netflix on tv! very comfortable for a weekend break
shower is a bit temperamental hard to get shower head to balance or the right temperature

Disappointing
The room is close to specific points of interest in Rome, specifically the Vatican is only about a 15 minute walk. The bed wasnt uncomfortable for sleeping. This would have been fine for one or two nights, but no more. The neighborhood in the area is nice, not charming, but nice. The room was relatively inexpensive, but that doesnt make it a good value. Property manager provided clear direction on checking in.
I wish we had known that there are no true windows in the room, as in the kind you can see out of. There is only a frosted window on the front door with a heavy curtain to block light when need be, and a vented window in the bathroom. The room was not thoughtfully prepared for us. It was not dusted, the coffee maker needed to be cleaned before we could use it. To illustrate the lack of attention in preparing for the guests, only one coffee cup was provided for two people, and though the room was advertised to come with coffee, we were given only one coffee pod for our 5 night stay. It was never replenished. We saw a worker outside and we wanted to ask about it, but she said she only took care of the outdoor areas. We quickly realized that we couldnt stay five nights in the room. The property manager was good at providing clear information about checking in, but became less available when we wanted to discuss issues with the room. I called him twice to explain what was wrong with the room but he did not answer. We asked to meet at the property to show him what was wrong with the room, and he never responded to the request. We told him we wanted to leave, and all he did was reiterate that any refund was impossible. We asked him to be fair and give us a partial refund for the three nights we would not stay, and all he did was repeat his cancellation property we agreed to when we made the booking. He was not wrong. To show how unhappy we were with the room, we left though we would loose the money for three nights. He never tried to understand what the issues were nor try to resolve anything. But since he already had our money as we had paid in full in good faith, he had no need to try to make us happy. Thankfully, we were able to book a nice place on Airbnb for the remaining three nights in Rome and it was lovely to have a true host who cared about her guests. After this experience, I have no intention of using booking.com again.

Fantastic experience! The location is perfect - a quiet area, but still 10 mins walk from Vatican. Clean and spacious room, easy check-in and check-out, and a great host who makes sure your stay in Rome is comfortable. Very recommended!
