Wonderful
The comfort and cleanliness were exceptional. Location great. We really looked forward to the breakfast food great and staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would return here.
Not to be too picky but some of the evening staff at reception, were a little cold.

Staying at La Residenza was like being a graciously welcomed guest at a charming 19th century mansion with all of today's conveniences. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Really, everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast lady was the kindest person in the whole hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice. The food was delicious.
The room smelled like an old dirty sock, musty and stale. The room was very clean but it wasn't what I paid for, I wanted a room with a balcony! It was a dark room as well.
The shorter front desk clerk (man) was a misogynistic jerk, he was very rude. He really wasn't very friendly at all.

Great location near shops, restaurants and sights but just off the beaten path so it was quiet. Walkable and also close to public transportation. Restaurant, complimentary
Breakfast and bar were all great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Rome.
Only negative was noise outside at night from trash pick up and people.

We got everything all close to the hotel, the location is really good one.
Staff at the reception was so helpful, there helped us to save money with their suggestions of using bus/Metro instead of Uber/Taxi.

Wonderful
This is a wonderful boutique hotel with outstanding customer service. It’s located just steps from the Spanish Steps and close to all major attractions. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect and made our stay in Rome unforgettable.
The only small downside was that there was no bellman to help with luggage.

The location, the staff, the size, the elegance, the on-site restaurant were all excellent.
Saddened there was no mini bar, no in-room coffee. Also, our room smelled like an industrial chemical... not sure why.

Perfectly located boutique hotel with exceptional service and large comfortable and sparklingly clean rooms. The staff is amazing-gracious, knowledgeable and kind. This is the only place I want to stay in Rome.
