Daniel was so warm and welcoming and helpful, and put a great deal of thought into every aspect of the apartment which was light, spacious clean and well equipped. It is right by St Peters in a charming district , would definitely recommend and we hope to return .

Location, location, location! What more can I say? The proximity to the Vatican and the opportunity it gave for two 70 year old women to walk to Mass every day. The kitchenette, too, was just the perfect addition. The upgraded bathroom... tiny but cosy apartment. Very cosy!
And the host? The most amazing person I have ever 'met'! He went out of his way to surprise my mum on her birthday with a lovely chocolate gateaux and white roses
The stairs into the apartment are worn and scary otherwise... no issues

Lovely accommodation stayed for 6 nights in the deluxe apartment. Daneille was a perfect host and could not be more helpful. His recommendations and map, which he highlighted, were perfect. The area near the Vatican is perfect. Highly recommended. Definitely be recommending to family and friends.

Everything! The apartment was located in a great area to easily get to the main sites in Rome and just a few minutes from the Vatican. Restaurants and grocery stores were right around the corner. It was spotlessly clean and had plenty of room for two people. The owner, Daniele, was the best. He was available, gave us lots of information and not only did he meet us at 3am when we left, he arranged our taxi pick up. On our next trip to Rome we will definitely be staying here again
The steps to the apartment can be a challenge to some people. The apartment is located on what we Americans would call the 2nd floor so if you have any hip or knee issues, you might have a problem with the stairs.

First and foremost our host Daniele was amazing. He met us at the property and showed us all of the amenities. He then gave and went through a map with all the major attractions to go see and showed us where was good to eat. We followed all of his recommendations none of which disappointed and we cant thank him enough for that.
The apartment was absolutely spotless clean and a good size for 2 people and the location was great, we walked to every attraction from the apartment.
Upon return to Rome we would definitely come back and stay here, highly recommend.

Perfect apartment and location for exploring Rome. We had a lovely time. Daniele was very helpful and welcoming.
Unfortunately the apartment above us was being renovated so it was quite noisy during the day. Having said that it did not spoil our holiday and we would definitely stay here again.
