Niccolo was great at contacting us via WhatsApp, any questions we had he answered swiftly. He even booked us a taxi to the airport and let us store our luggage in the property until we were ready to depart. The location was easy to access the Vatican it was about a 15 minute walk, about 54 minutes walking to the centre of Rome and the area is quiet and felt safe. We had the whole apartment to ourselves and it was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.
The air-con could do with a clean as it gave us both sore throats and a cold from breathing in but we had to have it on as it was 38 degrees. I got bitten quite badly in the apartment I dont know what it was from but I have massive bites on the backs of my legs.

I recommend 100%.The accommodation was clean, modern, equipped with everything you need including a washing machine. We felt safe, no noise from outside. The owner is very helpful and communication absolutely no problem. Lots of very good restaurants nearby. Those who like seafood will appreciate :-). We would love to come back again.
I have nothing to complaint about.

The accommodation had everything we needed during our stay - we just felt at home. The apartment was very well equipped, it was clean and the host was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet, felt very authentic, and was only a few minutes to the historic center of Rome.

Everything, its modern clean and well for 2 persons or 3
very small lift so if you have baby carrier or lot of luggage be prepared
parking- be prepared to find parking, its based on your luck in the same street to get white line but I found one opposite street with blue line which costs 7 Eur per day if you have a costly car the nearby garage costs 20 Eur per night

The manager contacted me a few days prior arrival and confirmed the travel details and expected arrival time. He was very reassuring and told us he will meet us at the address. Gave us some excellent advise on local transportation and what to look out for. The apartment is perfect for a couple - it has a modern new look to it, but it felt quite authentic to a typical Italian apartment ! The neighborhood is perfect for longer stays, still close to all the main tourist points/ metro. Not a touristy area, so you can definitely get a feel for a more authentic Rome.
There was nothing that I did not like. The apartment was perfect for our stay and our needs.

The host was super friendly and happy to answer any questions during our stay. The facilities were also great; it had everything you would need including things you wouldn't even think of! Also a great location for visiting vatican city.
A little bit far out from the centre of rome, but not a problem if you don't mind walking a little or taking public transport.

Apartment was comfortable with good facilities. Air conditioning was good to have as warm. Very secure. Close to shops for essentials. Host was easy to communicate with. Clean bedding and towels provided. Helpful to have a washing machine / iron / dishwasher etc.
Cleanliness could have been better. Bed was clean and with fresh sheets however floors needed vacuuming and found hairs on living room furniture/floors.
