It was within walking distance of everything.
My credit card didn’t go through booking.com the first time. When I tried again, both went through. But they worked with me and credited me one charge. Owners were very kind.

Great location near the train station with lots of restaurants around! The courtyard had a little pool with turtles in it! The owners were very helpful! The room was clean.
The only thing that could be better is the bed was a little hard.

Yuri is super friendly and welcoming and gave us a bunch of restaurant suggestions and a city map and helped us with directions. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The location is great being right next to the Roma Termini train station. Took the direct train from Rome Airport to the Rome train station. The hotel is 2 blocks away and a quick 5 minute walk. The train station also has the subway which made it convenient to get to the areas we didnt want to walk to. Area is very safe and lots of places to eat. Most of the main attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. Vatican was a quick subway ride otherwise we walked and enjoyed what the city had to offer.

Close proximity to Roma Termini. Clean and comfortable. Snacks, water, slippers and eye mask provided were a nice touch. Helpful staff.

Great location, one or two minute walk to Termini Station and Metro lines and bus stops etc.
Staff responded to our emails promptly and reassuringly and were friendly and helpful (though a bit busy) when we checked in.
Room was spacious with thick walls, so it was a quiet stay.
And slippers and snacks and two bottles of water were provided, along with a hot water pot and fridge and table for eating at and chairs and so on.
Decor was antique-like and distinctive.
Bed was comfortable and firm enough.
Closet was large with plenty of hangers.
Enough electrical plugs.
Apartment is in an old building, so the lock to the outer building door requires some finesse to open, only the small flush side of the toilet flushing panel worked (though it was strong enough to flush the toilet), and the shower was a little compact.

The location is on a quiet side street just a few minutes walk from the train station so it was very convenient to take the train to and from the airport. A great price --- the room was modern, clean, comfortable, and you entered from the street through a courtyard so it was very safe. There is an elevator as well and biscotti, tea, and espresso maker in the room! We were able to take a day trip to Naples as the train was so convenient. Our hosts were very helpful with restaurant recommendations around Rome. It's just a 15 minute stroll to the Colosseum.
Could use another luggage rack.

This property is clean and conveniently located. It’s was so nice to be such a short walk to the central station. The staff was super nice and helpful as well. The owners were communicative and friendly. Our room was super clean and really comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we ever get the chance to go back to Rome.
