The location is on a quiet side street just a few minutes walk from the train station so it was very convenient to take the train to and from the airport. A great price --- the room was modern, clean, comfortable, and you entered from the street through a courtyard so it was very safe. There is an elevator as well and biscotti, tea, and espresso maker in the room! We were able to take a day trip to Naples as the train was so convenient. Our hosts were very helpful with restaurant recommendations around Rome. It's just a 15 minute stroll to the Colosseum.
Could use another luggage rack.

This property is clean and conveniently located. It’s was so nice to be such a short walk to the central station. The staff was super nice and helpful as well. The owners were communicative and friendly. Our room was super clean and really comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we ever get the chance to go back to Rome.

Very friendly staff. The room was small but clean. Complimentary snacks and bottle prosecco! Wow! Proximity to the train station was extremely helpful!

The room was clean and quiet. The check in was fast. Very convenient being a short walk from the station. Having an electric kettle in the room was convenient. Good enough for an overnight stay before flying out.
The water in the shower had trouble going down the drain of the shower pan. The furniture is a mix of old mismatched pieces.

This is my go-to place for a short stay in Rome, especially when I’m using a lot of trains and buses.
The staff is great and it’s extremely clean. It’s also on a safe block, just 3 blocks from the train station if you exit by Via Gioberti.
They provide water when you check in as well as capsule coffee in your room. They also provide toiletries.
If you are disabled, make sure to ask for a room with step-free access to the elevator.
The bed is two twins put together, so there is a bit of a dip in the middle.

The hosts are amazing, provided my family with high quality support! Being flexible in booking changes (due to our visa situation and changes of plans), being able to arrange late-hour check-ins, etc. - all made our journey to Rome very enjoyable! Many thanks to Miky and Yuri for taking care of us!

This is my go-to place when I have a short stay in Rome and need good access to transportation (rail, subway bus). It a quiet place on a safe block. Family run. Clean.

The host Yuri personally introduced me to the accommodations. He also arranged for airport transportation. My room did not face the street, so it was quiet at night.
I can't think of any things that I didn't like.

The outside might deter you away but us being from Los Angeles that didn't scare us off, the owners are absolutely amazing and so attentive; this being so close to Roma Termini made going to and from the airport easy and the city center about a 14min walk, so everything was so close and we never had to use the train the city! I would 100% come back here when I visit Rome again and the value was amazing!
Better yet was able to keep in touch via Whatsapp and also helped store our luggage when we went to Florence for two days so 100% recommend.
Nothing, the hotel did everything in their power to have us feel safe and comfortable.
