The proximity to the train station. The surrounding area has many good eating places. The metro stops 5 minutes away. The brothers who work there are the best.
Nothing was bad Its what you expect and it was fine for two older people.

Perfect location for exploring the city, with plenty of bars/restaurants on the doorstep.
The sweet treats and Prosecco on arrival were a nice surprise too.

Really central location and one of the owners was so great when we asked for restaurant recommendations. Very comfy bed and nice snacks and Prosecco in the room were a nice touch. Would go back.
Probably only because we arrived early so our room wasnt quite ready - we ended up sitting in a communal area with half filled bottles of vodka etc. I was initially concerned that this might mean it was rowdy at night and more of a hostel environment than what I was expecting, which after a 7am flight made me concerned. I shouldnt have worried though, as that wasnt the case, and it seemed that area was more for the cleaners to centralise the junk from the rooms. I probably just would say to guests that their room isnt available, rather than have them sit up there getting the wrong impression. I would definitely go back.

Clean, attractive, comfortable, safe feeling. Very close to train & Metro station near Ancient part of Rome. Walking distance to Colosseum, Forum, Palatine Hill.
Smaller room, but to be expected in big city at price point.

Lovely place to stay in Rome. Very near the train and bus station. Lots of eating places nearby. Hosts were great. Lots of treats in our comfy room. Very clean.
Could have done with a few more hangers!

Excellent location. We needed something near the station and this was two roads away but in a nice street packed with plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were very nice.

Located very close to the train and Rome was the beginning of our Italian adventure. The hotel is within walking distance to all the monuments. The AC worked wonderful.
Rome is a big city. Our room was on the third floor, and even with windows shut, the noise level was high. Not a problem, but the rooms are on a stairs walk up, so you need to be able to handle stairs.
