Rooms were spacious and clean. Quiet area, 30min walk into central area of Rome. Staff are very polite and helpful with anything you need. Fresh fruits on breakfast, good coffee.
Water on bathroom has problems, pressure was low and you sometimes have to wait 5minutes to get hot water which makes shower last long and hard. Something fresh from bread or pastry or salt would be nice.

What a gem of a b&b. We had some issues that meant we arrived 3 hours later than expected and in the dark. However we had a really warm welcome and were delighted with the b&b. It's so nicely decorated and comfortable with a cool old lift and lots of interesting places to discover nearby. The hosts were amazingly friendly and coped admirably with my very bad Italian :). Breakfast is light, Italian style with good coffee and lots of choice. Wifi is really good! Grazie per tutto!
Nothing - it was all great. Just one point to make that might help other travellers - it can be quite noisy in the morning if you want to sleep a bit later but other guests are leaving early because the doors all open on to a corridor. But otherwise it's very quiet and on a quiet street.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful first of all. Easy to find and this was a very nice base for our Rome explorations as was a minute-two walk to the nearby bus stop. Also can be used as a walking distance towards some of the Rome sites of interests.
There were some mosquitos around but that was not that bad as they were not aggressive.

Great family hotel sitauted in preserved building. Location is perfect-just 2-3 stops to the city centre.
Very kind, friendly and helpful staff - all family members are taking care of you. In the morning, they prepare you a coffee while you have breakfast. Just to note, for the breakfast you will have sweets-toasts, croasiants, fruit...
Rooms are very clean, tiles on the floor also. We were in one-bedroom apartment so 2 persons have a bedroom with a king size bed and small one extra bed. In the living room there is sofa for other 2 persons. Sleeping on the sofa is not the most comfortable, but you will be tired and sleep like a baby.
Bathroom is spacious, but there could be few hangings for the towels.
All in all - we will come again!

The rooms are big for Rome's standard. Very clean and the host is really nice. The morning breakfast was decent , but there are so many places to grab a quick bite so that's not an issue.
Its little outside of all the touristic places. Its about 20 minutes from the Roma termini by walk, once you get you can use the hop off hop on buses or any other means of transport.

Perfect location, Our host Carolina and her Dad were wonderful, very helpful when we asked for directions to go around the city.
Clean room, confortable beds. Fresh coffee in the morning with breakfast in the dining room was great.
Our room was next to dining room, it was a little noisy early in the morning when families walked to breakfast room. We were ok with that because we were always up early to go explore Rome.

I like their breakfast very much because after the tiring walk in Rome at night you have a decent breakfast that is a good value of what we paid for.During our stay in Rome we usually have 2 meals so breakfast is so important.Veronica and her family are superb hosts.Will definitely come back
