The property is well maintained, and so spacious for a big family members. A convenient and a quite location with a nearby free parking and a bus transportation to the city center. The unit is fully equipped with all appliances which feels you make as in your own house.
Nothing in particular but I feel the price is little bit at higher side.

Our stay here was amazing. The place was so clean and came with all the essentials (towels, toiletries and a fully stocked kitchen!) Prime location with restaurants, cafes and convenience stores, and with Vatican city only a walk away!Transport is fairly easy with stops right outside and only a 15-20 min bus to the city centre. However, the best part of our stay has to be how accommodating the host was. Greeted us when we arrived and met with us as we left. Gave us a whole detailed tour showing us how to use the facilities and where to find things, and also gave us all the information about how to use the transport and what is available in the local area. Highly recommended staying here, thank you so much ❤️

I had an unforgettable stay at this incredible apartment! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from iconic landmarks, charming cafes, and fun shopping. The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. Our host was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed, even offering fantastic local recommendations. I highly recommend for an authentic Roman getaway!

My family of five stayed at Alessandra’s place for almost 2 weeks. Location is great, 15 min walk to Vatican, 10 mins to metro, lots of shops/food near by and Alessandra and her family were just wonderful!! They ensured everything we needed was taken care of, were very responsive and just make our stay an absolute delight! This will definitely be our go to place while in Rome!

No Breakfast. The location was great, Super Market was just a block and Restaurants in walking distance. Shopping and Sightseeing about 10-15 minutes by car.
We loved the Size of the Rooms and Lounge Space in the Apartment and Washer/Dryer since we were going to a Cruise after our stay.
The King Bed mattress had a sink in it and we only had 1 Key.

Really classic European layout and decor. Very cozy. Much cheaper than a hotel for 5 people. We didn't have a chance to eat in or use any of their amenities, but we were completely satisfied. Owner is very personable and helpful.

Immaculately clean, spacious and bright.- the apartment is exactly as the photos depict. The lovely Alessandra and Stefano were very responsive and helpful with all details before and during our stay in Rome. We were greeted by both of them at check in and they left a generous basket of local foods and fresh fruits. The kitchen is well stocked with all essentials. There is a washer and dryer (!) which my family were very grateful to have as it was extremely hot and humid during our stay. My partner was a fan of the huge fluffy towels provided. There is ample free parking on the street if you are driving. Great neighborhood with restaurants, bars and shops. A cafe is located on the ground floor and a large grocery store just across the street. There is a bus stop right in front of the building with a direct line to the city center for €1.50. 20 minute walk to the Vatican. Highly recommend a stay at this lovely family property!

A well decorated, spacious apartment in a convenient location with nearby restaurants and shops. A convenient 20 minute walk to St Peters and just a bit further to the Vatican and other tourist sites. The apartment was safe and well maintained. We enjoyed meeting the owners and our three days in Rome.
I found the mattresses to be like old sponges, making for a very uncomfortable sleep after long days of sightseeing. An upgrade would reinforce what was a positive experience.

Light, bright and spacious with coffee shop at street level and grocery store two blocks away. Alessandra was personable, organized and extremely helpful. She responded immediately to help in any way. Can't say enough about this location and Alessandra!

The fact of having ony one key for 7 persons was not so easy to manage. We recommend to make available more than one key. It's a big department so it's good for groups but with only one key, it' difficult

Very Helpful hosts. Helped arrange taxi from airport and to train station. Also helped with directions and bus info. Grocery was close. Easy walk to Vatican City. Beautiful apartment, perfect for our family of 6.
The apartment was really warm as the air conditioning shut off when we left apartment. Needs a shower curtain in the one bathroom.
