We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Isa, we highly recommend it! Location is excellent, we were very satisfied with hotel staff. Breakfast was delicious quite a spread. When in Rome hotel Isa is where to stay!!

We always stay here when in Rome. This boutique hotel with its roof top terrace is an incredible way to start your day as well as fabulous haven to relax at the end of a hectic day
The staff in the hotel are the most helpful dedicated people one can find. Case in point, we left some of my wifes jewelry in the room and left on to our next destination. Arriving there we realized our error, contacting the hotel they went out of their way to find the lost items. Having found them in the room they reached out to us with the news. Shortly after arriving home my wife was overjoyed to be reunited with her jewelry
We have recommended this hotel for years and will keep doing so.

We loved the location- close to sights and great restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with recommendations of restaurants and transporation.
The bed was very hard and we did not get good sleep while we were there. The shower area needs some kind of shower curtain. It was impossible to shower without getting water everywhere.

I have liked the kindness and competence of the staff. They have made available a desktop for me to solve security issues related to my mobile. They answered my requests With sympathy.
Actualy, i think the cleaning of the room could be improved. Most likely it was a local problem.

Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very good located for Sightseeing but rooms are quiet. Beds and breakfast are very good. Nice rooftop terrace with nice view to see St. Peters' Cathedral.
Our room has been a bit dark.

Great location, really friendly and helpful staff and great views from rooftop terrace. Quaint old school Otis lift in the main staircase.
If youre on the 5th floor, sometimes a little noise travelled down from the terrace bar.

The front desk staff was very helpful. We loved the breakfast on the rooftop and we enjoyed cocktails up there as well. The room decor was attractive.
We didn't like the thin weight of the handtowels provided in the room.
