The location and reception area is good and stylish
The beds and pillows are very hard, and when asked, no alternative was offered. Also it was very noisy, around 7 am there was the housekeeping and other guests moving around and if was very audible

The daily breakfast was lovely and the view from the terrace is great.
Quiet location to escape the hustle of the city.
The bartender (Victor) was so nice and hospitable.
The room was spacious and had lots of mirrors to do our makeup/hair.
The building runs on central heating and cooling and during our stay the building’s AC was turned on so our room was incredibly hot and we had to call down for a portable fan for our room to cool down.
The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful and made it feel like any question or request was a chore. Not great hospitality.

Nice hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was a nice surprise up on the rooftop. So great views along with your croissants. Good location for the Vatican and surrounding areas; quieter location than other areas the other side of the river.
We brought some friends in one evening to use the rooftop bar, the barman on duty went to great lengths to get chairs for us all and then served some lovely negronis to us all.

Hotel is located in perfect place near Vatican and Rome center, and near subway station.
Personnel is very kind, helpful. Breakfast on terrace is perfect for enjoying lovely sight on St. Peter's basilica.

Location was excellent, so close to everything yet away from the very busy historical centre. Hotel was very clean, the staff were exceptional and the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the beautiful rooftop bar and great bar people who made our stay all the more special. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.
Our only very slight disappointment was our room. We went for a superior double hoping for maybe a small sofa in the room. The room was large but the bed was right in the centre with shelving round the sides and did half wardrobes. It just seemed an odd use of quite a big space. This is only a very minor thing as overall the room was spotless, quiet and comfortable.
