Facilities were excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was just the right size. Bed was very comfy. We were able to arrange transportation to our cruise ship at the front desk. Highly recommend!
Our room overlooked a side street & it sounded like a fight was happening at the music store there. Police arrived & ended it. Woke us up but not the hotel's fault.

Property was on a great location!! Staff was amazing and super helpful! They always welcomed you with a smile! We were short with an iPhone charger, and they let us have their charger until we left!!

Very clean. Friendly & Helpful staff. Very nice roof top bar. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the room refrigerator is a big plus ??. Also the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast staff was exceptional

We feel so lucky to order this hotel.
Really appreciate the hospitality from the entrance to the day we left. All the facilities are well maintained, very clean, quiet (that’s important in Rome..), location close in walking distance from all major attractions (we even walked to the Vatican….). The breakfast is fantastic. We will sure come back again.

Location near Rom Termini makes it easy to get to and from anywhere. Breakfast was awesome each day and consistent. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was outstanding. No need to go anywhere else, even in a place like Rome. The room was spacious and comfortable. We came back in 2026 after a great experience in 2025 and we will come back again next time in Rome!
No complaints; it was close to perfect stay, all things considered.

The staff were invested in their guests well-being and holiday enjoyment. Staff were friendly, positive, motivated and polite. Breakfast was particularly good and many other services (self service bar, sauna, snacks and drinks in bedroom fridge) were available to ensure guests enjoyment and future return.
There was nothing I encountered within the Hotel or during my stay that I didn't like.

Despite the fact that I travel to Rome almost every year, I discovered this hotel completely by chance—and it turned out to be an excellent find. This is definitely the best location I have stayed in while visiting the city.
I liked absolutely everything: the room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect, making it very easy to explore the city.

The staff was top notch. They assisted us in making sure we did our best to hit the highlights of Rome and kind enough to store our bags on the front and backend of our trip. Breakfast was excellent. Both the food and staff. Would recommend and stay iQ again.

Helpful staff, especially at the front desk, went above and beyond to assist us with booking changes to our reservation. The room was very clean, and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a lovely touch. The breakfast was also a highlight, featuring fresh vegetables, fruits, and a great variety of pastries. The hotel is located on a quiet side street and just a few minutes' walk from the main transportation.
