Our room was right below their roof restaurant and we could hear the chairs moving on the floor until the restaurant closed

The staff was wonderful as we entered door, emails prior, the breakfast crew was soo helpful even when our sons slept in but the hours helped a ton with jet lag to have 10:30 am. The snacks and drink is in room and jacuzzi also bonus! I would absolutely recommend.
Size worked for us but was small for bigger ppl.

hard and not very comfortable beds (apparently the sofa bed had bed bugs), the shower tub was very high and narrow.

I love this hotel so much. It's full of love and attention to detail. For two consecutive mornings, staff in the restaurant celebrated customers' birthdays. It's so thoughtful. In today's world, it's rare to find such sincerity, hope and love, and the greatest of all is love. Next time I come to Rome, I will still stay here.
It would be even better if there were combs.
