The hotel was in a great location (right next to the Opera house) and the staff was very friendly and very helpful. They had a lot of nice amenities that reduced the stress of travel to make things easier. The rooms were very nice and clean (more modern than fancy) but very nice. We were there in the heat of August and were so thankful for the great air conditioning. They had snacks in the room, a great breakfast spread, happy hour token for the upstairs rooftop bar, a nice rooftop restaurant, and lots of other amenities. It also was a ten minute easy walk to the train station (but in a nice area) so that made it very convenient upon arrival and departure. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a great home base for your travels.

The breakfast was really really good, the staff was very helpful and the hotel location is pretty good, something like 10-15 minutes drive from the main sites and the room's facilities are awesome!

Very functional and modern hotel, clean rooms, modern furniture, sound proof, A/C, etc. etc. Good location near the train station. Very helpful staff.
More of a business vibe, not really a romantic hotel full of character, but the latter is not the market it targets I think.

Rome was extremely hot, but this hotel had amazing air conditioning which stayed on 24 hours a day and it was very quiet. They provided a free mini bar which was replenished every day, there was a free cold water and ice dispenser on the ground floor and top floor which was perfect for refilling water bottles before heading out in the heat. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and finally the breakfast was delicious. There was a wide selection to choose from - cereals with lots of optional extras, lots of delicious fruit - fresh melon, watermelon, pineapple, mango, kiwi, plums, apple, bananas; there were cooked breakfasts that were different every day; lovely bakery items - croissants, breads, biscuits, donuts, cakes etc all delicious and a range of meats and smoked salmon.

Staff were so welcoming and attentive especially Natalia at reception. Great location - easy walk from Roma Termini with our luggage. Amazing breakfast buffet with huge selection of foods available. Natalia managed to organise an early breakfast for us before our departure for airport. Super comfy beds and clean room. Great value for money in a central location. Easy walk to all major attractions. We will be back!
