The staff esp at the reception are very friendly with very fast check in. The hotel rooms were very clean and well equiped.
The location is closer to the main train station 8 min walk but 20-30 min walk to center. The rooms are small and avoid the first floor rooms looking on the inner garden since the noise of the doors will wake you up early in the morning.

Breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was convenient for our travel and activities. The hotel was very clean.
I do not like glass elevators so I used the stairs most of the time.

The breakfast which was included was very good. Very nice selection. The manager was very helpful and communicated well for our room accommodations ahead of time. He also helped us with getting a van for our transportation to the cruise port.

The staff was wonderful as we entered door, emails prior, the breakfast crew was soo helpful even when our sons slept in but the hours helped a ton with jet lag to have 10:30 am. The snacks and drink is in room and jacuzzi also bonus! I would absolutely recommend.

The breakfast was very good, well organized, and varied, with tasty food.
The location was very convenient, with all public transportation nearby and easy access to the historic and shopping areas.

Staff was friendly and attentive. We were travelling with our 93 year old mother and didn’t request for disability accessible room. The receptionist noticed mom’s mobility and noted that she would likely find it challenging to climb in and out of the high bathtub. So she offered a more easily accessible room with a walk-in shower for us.
It was much appreciated!
And their breakfast was amazing !

I've stayed here quite a few times and this hotel never disappoints as far as location to Termini Station, cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfast is amazing as always, the staff is very kind and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and this was perfect. I probably will always stay at this hotel for quick weekends in Rome.
If there has ever been anything wrong, I never found one single thing. This hotel goes over and above to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible from check in to check out.
