Disappointing
The breakfast was very good..it was close to Termini train station as well as subway station
After our 1st night, I noticed bed bugs crawling under my pillow when we woke up in the morning. .turns out I got bitten 4 times leaving me with huge red blotches on my neck and face. We immediately reported it to the front desk. They kind of doubted me until I showed them the videos and pictures I had taken in my room. They then decided to change our room. First, they offered to take 50%off of our hotel stay. Despite moving us to another room, we couldn't relax because we were constantly looking around the new room and under the pillows..The manager sent a message requesting a meeting with us on our 3rd day. He profusely apologized for our inconvenience. Told me he read that the redness and itching from my bites would subside after 10 days. He then offered to comp our entire stay excluding city taxes. We didn't let this issue ruin our vacation but it just left a bad memory..in addition, the bath/shower is very high and I believe a potential safety issue for getting in or out of the shower.

Everything it was a great location and all the staff were friendly! Breakfast was exceptional be sure to add to your package totally worth it. Also loved that they had a washer and dryer available. Highly recommend!

I do not like glass elevators so I used the stairs most of the time.

Breakfast was more than expected!! It was plenty of delicious choices! Great central Location. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Especially the ladies during breakfast hours.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, the amenities exceeded what I expected, and the location was most convenient and in a great neighborhood. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
The beds were too close to give easy accessibility and another luggage stand would have been convenient.

Hotel is great, location is great, the rooms are nice and very clean. Very nice ambient.
The staff is not too frendly exept the young receptionist who was more then helpfull. The restaurant manager is not to be praised.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and really went out of their way to help us with questions. The cooking class with Agniese was fabulous and a fun way to meet other guests. The rooms were great, and the breakfast was really good and varied. Self-serve laundry was very convenient too!

Very nice and modern hotel in a great location in Rome. Staff were some of the best that I have encountered, helped us with everything, including an upgraded room when we found out we had only booked a twin but needed an extra bed.
Would be nice if there was a rooftop bar or restaurant with a view of the city, but I guess that’s not possible. In any case the rooftop restaurant and bar is very nice.

We were extremely happy with this property. We were given an upgrade on check in, which was an added bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has numerous facilities including a laundry room which is very useful if you have been travelling for a long time. The roof top restaurant was delicious and great breakfast buffet.
Not a dislike, but worth noting that hotel is a modern building and therefore does not have the character of a historic building.

The breakfast which was included was very good. Very nice selection. The manager was very helpful and communicated well for our room accommodations ahead of time. He also helped us with getting a van for our transportation to the cruise port.

Everything! Well located and close to Termini, buses, and good subway stations. Immaculate and comfortable rooms, an on-site restaurant and bar, laundry machines, and the warmest and loveliest staff I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Whatever you need they are there for you — to help you enjoy your time in this most magnificent city (!). The most bountiful breakfast of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in, including (amazingly) the American standby of a Bunn coffeemaker. There are not enough superlatives to describe this hotel. It is clean, fresh, convenient, bright, welcoming, exceedingly well run, well located, quiet, and enjoyable in every single way. The staff exemplify the sheer loveliness of the Italian people who deal with thrones of tourists every year, numbering the millions and remain unflappable and kind and patient with us.
