When I went to the front desk to try to have a postcard mailed to my granddaughter I was informed I needed to go to a post office in the downtown area. I told them I didn’t have time before my ride was coming. The flatly said they don’t mail anything for the guests. I thought that was ridiculous to say the least.

Everything was great, we were so close to everything. Just a 15-20 minute walk to all of the major things. So many amazing experiences, I would stay here again when we come back!

It had all what you might need. Clean and very comfy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast is rich and varied. Many little touches like refilled snacks and self service laundry were nice and practical.

Very clean, upscale. Great accommodations! Would check in again! Great lounge area/restaurant. Cozy!
Bathtub set up. Very high. No bars to hold on to. There’s a half plexiglass wall that moves. Could be safer for the elderly.

The breakfast was amazing with a variety to cater for all needs. The location was easy walking to main attractions and the train station. The free mini bar that contained soft drinks beer and water as well as snacks was a welcomed addition that far exceeded our expectations.
The hotel restaurant was limited in menu choices especially for vegetarians. The shower needed attention

One of the best hotels you may stay in Rome. Starting from the reception staff, the cleanliness, the room is sebaceous, super clean, comfortable, nearby most attractions almost by 15:20 minutes walk maximum..
the breakfast is one of the best i had in Europe not in Rome only

The room are renovated we were able to connect all the beds together in the triple room and quadruple room.
The check in time, we had an early plane and arrived to the hotel at 8 AM and they couldn't give us a room until 12:30 and we were staying there for 4 nights.
