No breakfast per se but, a complimentary basket was refilled daily with nutella and bread products. Water was provided on a limited basis, as well as an in room coffee maker and assorted quality teas
The check in was just difficult, if you are staying here, DEFINITELY, communicate directly with the lovely owners as check in is remote and takes coordination BEFORE arrival. This was the ONLY issue on an otherwise PERFECT stay

The location was excellent. The family suite was well appointed.
We didn’t realize when we booked that the unit was on the fourth floor with no elevator. The 92 stairs improve the unit were challenging.

The hotel was in a location convenient to the train station and the Monti neighborhood, which has lots of shops and restaurants. It was on a quiet street. The room was spacious and quiet. It was nice having the use of the coffee machine in the common area. The hosts were responsive and accommodating.
It looks like pre-COVID they offered a more extensive breakfast bar. Now they provide some packaged toasts and jams in the room, which are underwhelming. I hope they return to offering a small assortment of continental breakfast options in the common areas.

Excellent location and very helpful, friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and excellent private bathroom facilities. Very clean. Good air conditioning.
We were ground floor so had not issues with access, but there is no lift access.

The location was perfect. Very close or within walking distance to the collosium and many restaurants.

The best property in the heart of Rome,
Great location,the biggest room that you can get (20 m) everything is so clean.
New and clean design with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in Rome (and I have checked a lot of places) the owner Federica treats me like I am a member of her family.
The location is close to everything.
But still very quiet street.

The location was perfect -- within easy walking distance of Rome's major attractions. And if you're not a walker, close to metro stations and the termini. And the welcoming staff were wonderful, so helpful in many ways.
Were not told in advance the hotel has no elevator -- and we were on the fourth floor!

Everything was great. Room is large, staff is nice. Helped check in at my next stay. Super convenient location.
No elevator. Had to make the hike up and down to the fourth floor every morning and night but want to bad.
