Wonderful
Close to the metro, attractions, everything was roughly 25 minute walk or less to major attractions. Host was very nice. Very comfortable, clean, spacious room.
No breakfast but that was advertised. No elevator but they are looking to put one in eventually. There is a safe but to small for a laptop.

It exceeded our expectations. The only challenge was the stairs, something we knew about from the start. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend it.

The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city.
However, the room felt a bit small for three people, and there was an unpleasant smell when we first entered. The bedding was of average quality, and the overall decoration seemed quite basic. Daily housekeeping was provided, but limited to making the bed, with no floor cleaning.
That said, the host was very friendly and welcoming, which made up for some of these shortcomings.
Overall, this is a good choice if you value location. If you care more about comfort and living quality, you may want to consider other options.

Its super clean and neat. Close to Colosseum and the metro station. Amazing staff who makes the process simple and easy to follow. Any questions, you get your answers super fast. Thanks to the team for the wonderful stay.
Shower tap and bathroom door are hard, which is an easy fix for the team. Rest were all exceptionally good.
