The room was spacious with modern interior and a massive king size bed. The location is gold. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, all the tourist attractions besides the Vatican city. Short walk to the Metro station.
There's no instructions on how to get in so I had to just bang on the door. No instructions on how to get in afterwards with a room card so I had to call the host again for instructions. There's no elevator. The host kindly helped me with my suitcase when I checked in and when I checked out, I had to lift the 23kg suitcase down 3 flights of stairs. That was really difficult. Also a cleaner did not lock my room door after cleaning which worried me.

Close to the roman forum and colosseum. Property was clean and comfortable.
Towels were not changed throughout our stay even though it says they would be changed every 3 days.

Great location, very clean, spacious, comfortable. Groceries, restaurants and public transportation nearby.
No elevator. I stayed at 3rd floor, but needed help to take big suitcase up and down.

Excellent choice. Rione Monti is a nice, central and not over touristy area and Inn Urbe was perfect. Brand new, clean and with extremely fast comms with owner

Location was great, ease of check in/out, communication with staff was prompt and helpful.
Four flights of stairs with no other options, but the staff made it clear when I got there that that was the case. Just a heads up if you have some sort of mobility issues though.
