Staff, location, the room was clean and spacious for the size. Staff were helpful and friendly; location was excellent, you could walk around the city comfortably avoiding taxi drivers who took advantage of tourists! Coffee machine and cookies. The public areas were very tasteful and nice.
Smokers outside my room in the inner courtyard which was quite nice, but people smoking made it impossible to have window opened. Closet smelled of stale cigarettes

Ideal location, polite staff, clean and comfortable. Coffee, drinks and cookies are offered as a compliment, which was very pleasing. We will definitely return to this hotel!

Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The hotel is in a great location, and they offer free croissants, coffee, and juice in the morning. I wish we had gotten the room from the pictures, then the rating would be maximum. As it is, knowing they had to scramble to find a room, and we got one in the attic, it slightly diminishes the experience for me. Still, I would recommend it.
We had an issue with the reservation. They said it was canceled, but it wasn't. After being told there were no more rooms, they still found one on the top floor, in the attic. It was dark and the decor didn't match the pictures.

They gave us a small room. Attic like, sloping low ceiling with wood beams. Bumped my head 4 times. My friend slept head on foot base of bed to avoid standing up hitting head. They did not give our room key ahead of time, felt suspicious gave us a room by the time we came back at night, we could not switch complain nobody was at reception. They advertise breakfast but its just a counter of juices, water, coffee which always empty. They ran out of croissant bread for us. Staff replies talk to management and that they cannot do anything. I still need to write them and complain for a discount or compensation for the inconvenience. The shower seal broken, water was all over after we showered. They gave us the lousiest room just because we were coming in late and will not be able switch or complain late evening. Shower handle hook was broken too!

Location was good. Small breakfast was provided.
No top matress in the bed, quite hard to sleep on. Much noise from the surrounding Streets (room on first floor). Noises from inside the Hotel as well, door didnt isolate that much (close to the Reception, heard every phonecall.

Perfect location, easy to reach plsces of interest. Clean, comfortable room. Hotel serves coffee all day for free and croisonts in the morning- it's so nice.
A bit noisy if your windows are street oriented and you like to sleep with open window.

The location is amazing.
Well, the staff was super kind and professional.
We just dislike few things..
The point is that pictures and description of the venue are amazing, but once there at the end you just realize and remember that its a 3*hotel.
The stairs at the entrance are uncomfortable and the way is tight; the shower its so crazy small that you cannot make a relaxing shower, you need to fight to the curtains which sticks on the skin.
The duvet is wrapped in an open sheet, so after a while in bed you will find yourself with The Duvet without a sheet.
Nice the coffee area but not enough for a real breakfast above all for savory breakfast lover.
I used to use Ortigia soaps and I doubt the bottles contained real ortigia soaps, I couldnt recognize the smell of the fragrance and the texture.
So maybe its a bit overrated for the services offered.
However I think Ill go back one day.

Location was very good, convenient walk from metro. Near shopping and lots of eateries nearby
Nepresso and croissants in the morning. Place was clean and well kept. Staff were nice

Very nice and convenient location next to shopping and attractions and near rhe metro stop
Lift was very small but for those able, to climb its only max 5 flights but without luggage. Very clean and friendly staff
