The location was great.
The room was clean and good size
no good soundproofing between the adjacent room our bed was against the wall and we can ear water was running in the bath in the neighbors room.
No kettle for tea in the kitchen.
Lots mosquito from tgarden so No mosquito nets on the windows.

We didnt have breakfast. The location is better if you rent a scooter. With public transport is a bit far away from everything and the bus line that is going yo the center doesnt have good frequency.

The apartment we stayed in is really cute and comfy, we enjoyed out time there. It was safe and isolated.
I recommend staying here.
It is a bit far from the centre but is well connected with the buses so it is fine.

The host, Beatrice, was very kind and flexible with the check-in, even with our plane arriving with a delay there weren't any problems, and she provided all the information to access the property and to get around. She was always available in case we had a question. Our room was spotless and very well equipped. There was plenty of space to put our clothes and bags in, and the closet and kitchen are cleverly sectioned off. The bathroom was also modern and spacious. It was wonderful to sit on the terrace in the evening or have breakfast with the scent of jasmine bushes in the air.
The walls between the apartments aren't too thick, but there wasn't much noise coming from the other guests that could've bothered us.

The guest house is very charming with the plants on the outside and the private small terrace. The room is spacious and well-equipped. Beatrice is a lovely person who has warmly welcomed us in her house and was responsive to all our matters. The house is located in a good neighborhood with many shopping and dining options.
The sink and the bathtub were partially clogged so the water needs several minutes to drain completely, especially in the bathtub. The bed sheets and some of the towels were not changed during the cleaning.

Thanks a lot for the great staying. The apartment was even better then on the pictures. Absolutely comfortable location. The owner is very nice lady, who can make the staying comfortable and convenient, she is answering quick and with full explanation. We will come once again, 100%.

Very nice rooms. Especially liked that there was a tidying up every day. Like in hotel :) Very clean, nice rooms, spacious bathroom. We booked 3 rooms in total and had "back doors" open, so basically having like a 3-room appartment. Bus connection very close. 30min to Trastevere area and city center. Kitchen facilities could be better, but generally we were very much ok with everything.

The guest
house is very cosy with the terrace where you can enjoy the breakfast and nice room. It was also really clean. The hosts were really helpful, provided us with additional facilities like tea pot, iron and umbrella. Also helped is with the transportation and suggestions for the breakfast places and etc.
A little bit far from the city center and the buses do not always have a reliable schedule.
