Several sets of stairs to get to your room but we knew that going in and Bruno was very helpful in getting all our bags up to the room.

Bruno was excellent!! He was so knowledgeable of the area and showed us how to get to all the stops we wanted to hit. Room was great, beds so comfortable! Would highly recommend if in Rome.

We always stay here whenever we visit Rome, and honestly sometimes we even plan our trips based on this hotel’s availability because we enjoy staying here so much. The location is excellent, the room is clean and tidy and the hotel offers great value for money. Bruno and Silvia are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. They make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Their hospitality truly makes every stay special for us.
Honestly nothing. Everything was great and we always have a wonderful stay here.

The entire suite was lovely. It was very spacious for 3 guests and the hosts were superb! They even provided a complimentary upgrade!
It is in a great location, close to everything. The farthest to something was around a 30 mnts walk.Geat restaurants nearby.

Location, Bruno and Silva were so helpful! Helped us with booking private transfers from airport to hotel, hotel to cruise port and cruise port to airport. Silva gave us restaurant and shopping recommendations as well!
Loud at night but we brought a sound machine and the restaurants below closed at 10pm/11pm

The location was the best!
Everything was very close, and all the attractions were within walking distance.
The host was excellent — He recommended several restaurants and even prepared a plan with the main tourist attractions.
He were always responsive and helpful with anything we needed.
I was traveling with my baby, and the only thing I didn’t like was that there was no elevator and i had a stroller , but most hotels in Italy don’t have one.

The room was very spacious, near the spanish steps in a great spot, very lively a lot a places near the hotel but the room was very quiet.
I really have to point out the help of Bruno, he was super friendly and helpful and recommend excellent places to eat or drink or whatever you need.

Close to many Rome attractions and the subway. The staff is excellent and helped us navigate Rome.
Not a place for lite sleepers as it is located above a restaurant and is busy until after 11pm.

Exceptional location, just 2 minutes away from the Piazza de Spagna. Restaurants and main attractions around. Located in a charming street. The service of the staff is amazing and Silvia and the teM are in contact to help you arrange transportation. Upon arrival they assist you with anything you need to plan your perfect stay with recommendations.
The matress of the bed needs to be updated.

Bruno was exceptional, he went above and beyond to make sure our 2 days in Rome were the best. He mapped out an itinerary of stops for both days that made touring around an ease. Hotel is 5mins or less from Spanish steps and many other sights.

The host was very helpful and provided a lot of good value suggestions like where to eat Gelato, pizza, Tiramisu, etc.
Most important is that the host made us feel that he's willing to help, that was very different than the other hotel's host when we visited Rome.
The location is great, we can walk to the Fountain and Stairs within 10~20 mins.
