Our room was split level which was great for 3 friends travelling together. Lovely boutique style. Breakfast was excellent! Location was great as 20 mins walk from most attractions on either side of the river.
Could have done with another wardrobe in the upstairs bedroom and more plug sockets required.

Beautiful hotel, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect for the Rome marathon and for walking to all of the sites.

Located in a fun niche of a wonderful (and generally quiet) neighborhood, this quaint hotel is all together stylish, quirky, and definitely unique. The staff are very helpful and accommodating and the room (junior suite with a queen bed upstairs and a sofa/single bed downstairs) are well designed in both layouts and decor. I have never stayed in a room laid out like that with the narrow staircase up to bedroom and 1/2 bath. Cozy but not cramped, it was comfortable for 2 adults and one child.
While the decor was exceptional, a couple of functional design features needed some attention: the rain shower, which was flush with the ceiling, leaked and the shower door/panel was inadequate in keeping the water from covering the bathroom floor. Seperately, the fan/heat/AC unit needed attention. The blower was broken or, at best, unbalanced, leaving the air in both levels uncomfortablly warn and stale overnight. We stayed for only one night, and so we did not give the staff the opportunity to fix the system, so I do not rate the hotel poorly for it.

Convenient and attractive location. Reasonably spacious room. Very comfortable bedroom bed.
No ventilation in bathroom and there was an unpleasant mouldy smell from the shower permeating the whole room. We had to keep the window open all the time to off-set this. Unattractive decor (bit like a night club) and unpleasant fluffy carpeting throughout the room.

The hotel is in walking distance to all the must-see tourist attractions. There are so many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was so kind and helpful with any request we had. Best of all, our room was spacious, comfortable, and so restful after a long day of sight-seeing.
There is no elevator, however, there are only 2 floors.
