We loved everything about the property. So chic, relaxing, the staff was incredible and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever had.

Located in a fun niche of a wonderful (and generally quiet) neighborhood, this quaint hotel is all together stylish, quirky, and definitely unique. The staff are very helpful and accommodating and the room (junior suite with a queen bed upstairs and a sofa/single bed downstairs) are well designed in both layouts and decor. I have never stayed in a room laid out like that with the narrow staircase up to bedroom and 1/2 bath. Cozy but not cramped, it was comfortable for 2 adults and one child.
While the decor was exceptional, a couple of functional design features needed some attention: the rain shower, which was flush with the ceiling, leaked and the shower door/panel was inadequate in keeping the water from covering the bathroom floor. Seperately, the fan/heat/AC unit needed attention. The blower was broken or, at best, unbalanced, leaving the air in both levels uncomfortablly warn and stale overnight. We stayed for only one night, and so we did not give the staff the opportunity to fix the system, so I do not rate the hotel poorly for it.

The hotel is in walking distance to all the must-see tourist attractions. There are so many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was so kind and helpful with any request we had. Best of all, our room was spacious, comfortable, and so restful after a long day of sight-seeing.
There is no elevator, however, there are only 2 floors.

Decent hotel with friendly staff. Location was a challenge to get to with luggage as all surrounding streets are closed to car traffic so have to carry luggage a few blocks.

We loved the breakfast each morning, so many delicious options to choose from with such amazing polite staff, they were so friendly. The hotel was also walking distance to the pantheon, Spanish steps, the colosseum and Trevi fountain! Although the colosseum is a little further, it’s still walkable. The Vatican is what you’d take a taxi for. Overall, great location and friendly staff.

The hotel staff did everything they could to make our stay pleasant, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and truly enjoyable.
We experienced a significant issue with the hot water supply. On two different mornings, we had no hot water and had to call the reception to address the problem. This was very disappointing, even though the issue was eventually resolved.

Location close to the hospital which we needed for the purpose of our visit. For kosher food it’s the location not that I need but if that’s what u look for. Overall very nice place, helpful staff. Breakfast is great.
