Loved the old world meet modern charm of this boutique hotel
There was no air conditioning in the room. To open the window meant hearing the loud outside noise.

Property is in a good location for site seeing, room was relatively clean.
It is not a dislike but more as an awareness for others that the hotel is very much catered to Jewish customers, for example there were no Christmas decorations up like in other hotels when we visited in December. The room was quite small and there was up lighting on the windows which was on all night and meant the room wasn’t fully dark, there was no extractor fan in the bathroom, the shower had a lot of mildew and the waterfall shower head needed a good clean too. There wasn’t a huge amount of food at breakfast time and a small area in which the breakfast was served which was quite cramped. There were a flight of stairs within our room to get up to the bed which was quite unusual. Our bags were not stored securely in a luggage room, as we were told they would be.

The hotel staff did everything they could to make our stay pleasant, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and truly enjoyable.
We experienced a significant issue with the hot water supply. On two different mornings, we had no hot water and had to call the reception to address the problem. This was very disappointing, even though the issue was eventually resolved.

Location close to the hospital which we needed for the purpose of our visit. For kosher food it’s the location not that I need but if that’s what u look for. Overall very nice place, helpful staff. Breakfast is great.

The location was exceptional, close to both the heart of old Rome as well as a short walk to Trastevere. The room and hotel were an oasis of tranquility. The breakfast buffet is one of the best, catering to all diets and tastes. Piero was most welcoming, made sure we were well accommodated for our short stay.
The standard room was a little crowded for a couple with large suitcases on a long vacation. Next time we would consider one of the larger rooms.

Location, location, location! Right in the heart of the Ghetto! Step outside and all the kosher restaurants were at your feet.
Decor of the hotel was stunning. Staff were very friendly and polite.
We took a split level family room. One bedroom upstairs and a single bed downstairs. However there was only a toilet upstairs with the main bedroom and we had to go downstairs to use the main bathroom. There were no closets upstairs and only a small hanging space downstairs. Didn't suit our needs. Beds were very comfortable.

super beautiful and designed room. all new. great toilet room and very large shower. comfortable bed. in the center of the Jewish ghetto. near almost every important place. we actually walked our way in Rome. didn't need to use transportation.
