Piero the concierge was super helpful and looked after me for my one night stay. He served me a cappuccino upon arrival after I had been traveling all day and booked several restaurants for me over the 24 hours. He also booked my taxi to the airport and ensured I was sent off safely.

The location is excellent - walking distance to everywhere if you wear comfortable shoes !
Breakfast was great- wide selection of foods .
Room was a fair size , though not a fan of the round bed , personally !
The noise from the street is a bit noisy in the room we had ( 220 ) so you might want to ask for a quieter room .

This was the perfect location for our three days in Rome. We could walk or get a cab or Uber. It is a beautiful hotel? It’s clean, the breakfast was amaaaaaaazing, but best of all was the staff who all went out of their way to meet our needs. Cannot recommend enough

I paid approximately $800 Cdn per night and we did NOT have breakfast included and the hotel was very expensive for what you got

Nice little hotel but tight rooms . We were 3 adults ..walk into one bedroom room take steep steps to second bedroom upstairs .shower in downstairs bathroom ..no privacy ..very very loud noises on street all night ...
Front steps to get in and out of hotel are treacherous ..no railing ..saw a guest fall ..

The hotel has a beautiful character and is very convenient to amenities especially food. Hotel room is very clean and beautifully designed. Staff very helpful and forward with information and assistance in luggage management.
The only small thing is there is not much place to put luggage in the upper room where the double bed is for the junior suite. Otherwise everything is really good.

Value for money. Original room was small and on 1st floor even though the cost for three nights was so high. We got upgraded to a jr suite but it was in two levels with stairs. It was safer location so I was ok with it. Never restocked the coffee and cream and did not clear old coffee cups that were used. Only replaced one towel after showering. You cannot get to this hotel directly by car you must get dropped off a block away and walk with your luggage.
