Breakfast was good- we were given vouchers for the bar downstairs- best cornetti in Rome!
Lack of staff available at reception. Weren't informed that the bar is closed on Tuesdays and therefore the morning we were checking out we were left without breakfast.

Downstairs below the hotel was a full bake shop with homemade pastries, croissants cappuccino. It was beautiful very clean. People were super friendly.
The only thing I wish they had was a microwave in the room and some vending machines to get cold drinks other than that everything else was perfect

Nothing. We were cancelled by the hotel less than 24 hours before we were due to stay there. They tried to arrange for us to stay elsewhere where there was no parking for our car. We said we needed parking. They said we could park our car at their hotel but we would need to walk 500 metres - with our luggage and no help - to the other hotel. Unacce

We stay at Hotel for one night. Location is not very close to famous sightseeing, but it is close to Metro. Simple Italian breakfast was included (delicious croissant and coffee).
There is very bad sound insulation?.

Bright room with large terrace. Cleaning is done daily. Very tasty breakfast, even if it's just coffee and a croissant. Even though it's a 2-star hotel, it was better than many 3-star hotels I've stayed at in the past. I will definitely come back. A very pleasant experience
Even if it wasn't a big deal, maybe the only negative thing would be the fact that the sound on the TV in my room was very slow and couldn't be made louder. But that wasn't too much of a bother.

Staff are not well trained. When I call reception they told 4 year child is free. When I reach hotel they charge me 20 euro extra. Please 10 euro for late check-in. First time I have seen. Some hotel charges late check-in charge. One more thing in breakfast you get 1bread and tea. ???Ask banana ? they don't have. What hotel is this. And far from city centre. Better pay little extra and book in city hotel.

We booked this hotel as it was outside Rome at the same side as the Marco Simone golf course. The hotel room was small, but perfectly reasonable for the little time we were going to spend in it. I don't think it is a busy hotel given its location (50km from Rome) but the staff were all absolutely superb and the coffee and croissant every morning were lovely. The WiFi was great and it was very close to a Metro which was only 25 mins to the San Giovanni stop which is handy for the Termini station and to walk to the Colosseum. Metro cost only 3 euros.
The beds and shower were small. Too far from the City and the Course which made getting Taxi's difficult for us as the Drivers didn't seem to like coming that way. Paid 35 - 75 euros depending on the mood of the driver !

Clean and they booked a taxi for me to get to the golf and airport which arrived on time. The taxi man Angelino was excellent
