Location was excellent all main attractions are within walking distance. Room was very, very quiet. Comfy bed. Lots of eating options in the area.
Shower in our room was leaking, we had to throw all our extra towels on the floor.
Some hooks in the bathroom would be very useful.

This was a great little hotel to stay in. It was a 15-minute walk from the Termini train station. It was also walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Via del Corso shopping area, and bus stops. We had a quad room that was great for a family of four - a double bed, 2 twins, and a pullout couch/bed. Not much of a view from our room, but not a big deal. The bathroom was a bit small but very nice and doable for one person at a time to use.
The walls were thin. You could hear other guests using their bathroom and talking in their room. This wasn't a problem during sleeping hours though. My kids complained that the twin beds were very firm.

Your front desk manager made both my sister and I feel at home. Mattia was professional, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. The breakfast was more than we expected, there were a variety of hot and cold items to choose from. Overall the Virgilio is a hotel I will refer family and friends to when traveling to Rome.

Size of room was nice. overall looked clean
there was a mildewy smell in the room. The bed was not comfortable, very still and only one pillow provided. There was no running hot water for the first couple of days. The wifi was not strong or steady at all.

The staff is extremely kind and welcoming.
The room was nice, spacious and with a nice view. There is a great cafe near the hotel. The location of the hotel is great. It is close to the famous landmarks. There is also a bus stop nearby, for those who don't feel like walking.

Good location, clean room, with a good comfortable bathroom! Water preasure is good.
This is not really suitable for a family with a baby! Room is small and not well sound-proof, walls, door and windows are very thin and the heating makes the room very dry!
On first day, the cleaning lady was working till early evening and we could hear all kinds of noises!
TV channels are a bit boring! There is no easy pathway for a stroller, so you have to carry up stuff on stairs! Breakfast was very average and monotonic and far from authentic Italian cuisine (coffee was terrible), but staff were kind :)
