Location, restaurant decor, cocktails, sommelier was great
Hosted large party of outside guests so we couldnt access bar/restaurant for saturday lunch/aperitivo. staff were laissez faire apart from sommelier. For the money you can do better in Rome.

The location, the cleanliness and the attentive staff.
A little bit awkward to get to, narrow cobbled road so a bit deceiving from the outside but still very lovely and discreet.

Our stay was amazing. All staff were great and very helpfull. The concierge was also amazing, they helped me with suprise for my wife and they met our very need. We enjoyed Rome thanks is to all staff of hotel Vilon. Also the breakfast was great and restaurant food delicious. If we came again to Rome, we stay in Hotel Vilon.

We loved everything about this beautiful hotel. Al the staff from reception to restaurant to cleaning staff were amazing. The hotel thought of everything to make you feel comfortable and pampered. Thank you all so much. We will definitely come back.

Quiet yet very central. Well run. Excellent concierges.
Elegant . Beautifully equipped room.
Minor concern only. The Tivoli Bluetooth speaker / radio was difficult to connect phone to and alternatives should perhaps be looked at.

Perfect location, hidden on the quiet street but in the middle of historic town. We walked to all the sights, including Vatican.
